Last Thursday morning, I spent a few hours at the California capitol again. This time to give expert testimony at the Senate’s Education Committee opposing Assemblymember Dr. Akilah Weber’s bill AB 1797 that would require every Californian’s vaccination status to be automatically submitted into a statewide immunization registry with no option to opt-out.
