So we start at the local level by voting in cats and kitties who recognize we, the people have a legitimate beef about chemtrails and then from there, we proceed with the next level and so on and on until they stop doing for good and all.

I have never ceded my own agency over to another entity, no matter how hard they try to wrest it from me, on a daily basis, for an example, I remain unvaxxed. (except for childhood and that was approx. 70 years ago)
I like your idea of self-governing (small) communities even those would be subject to the local gubmint structures for property taxes, etc. etc.
We lost our ability to own the land we live on a long time ago, a prime feature for self-governance. So that is a hurdle we need to jump over if we are to become self-governing communities. I am also, aware of Anna Von Reitz (sp?) and her folks, in re: becoming a a sovereign individual but that is another whole rabbit hole I have investigated for another time.

It cost $5000 to have 7 cut down, they had to be cut from the top down to avoid destroying small trees and structures. (No clean up) I'm an old woman, no large equipment. Slow and steady to clean and cut up what I can. They are trying to kill us. Germany Published a 30% decline in fertility among the Covid 19 "vaccine" recipients vs non. From what I understand Germany ruled that Pfizer is going to answer regarding their internal data ingredients etc. The "west" is being destroyed. Its the great reset, "public-private partnerships". Dear Reinette, Please forgive my intrusion here, although I could say much about how the skies over Britain have been sprayed for decades. I wanted to thank you for your gracious reply to my comment on your post from months ago about how the British ruling class (I call them what they are) controls US polics and economy. As to the question you asked about the burgeoning surveillance state in the UK, well it's still burgeoning. Recently, 'Big Brother Watch' mounted a legal challenge against the use of facial recognition cameras on our high streets, which was rejected by the High Court. They (ie we) are mounting an appeal, but I'm not holding my breath - as we say over here. Then there are those wider developments that are part of the same nefarious agenda, such as the abolition of our right to trial by jury. Need I say any more? Incidentally I loved the photograph you featured , of the German and British soldier coming together to shake hands in that impromptu truce of 1814. Did you know that they stand in front of the shell St Luke's Church in Liverpool? After WWII, the people of the city decided the church should be left as it was after it had been gutted by firebombs during the blitz. I do wonder how many people - hearly a century later - today realise that St Luke's was left in that condition, not as a war memorial, but in memory of its horrors?
