Just when I think things may be wrapping up around the whole Simone Gold/America’s Frontline Doctors saga that I have reported on ad nauseam here, here, here, here, and …. to name a few.
And while I had no intention of giving another update real soon, I have been bombarded for the last three days by people sending me the below flier saying, WTH?
Why, oh why, would Children’s Health Defense CA (CHDCA) put Gold on stage and give her a mic? Well, because Gold told CHDCA that she had been exonerated. That’s right. Gold has been exonerated…. according to Gold.
So, one of the individuals who first contacted me about this upcoming CHDCA/Gold event was in communication with CHDCA and asked why CHDCA would even associate with Gold. Somebody in CHDCA told the individual that Gold was exonerated, and CHDCA had the court document proving it.
Huh?
As you can imagine, I was more than perplexed, particularly when I opened Gold’s “proof of exoneration.” It looked like it was a complete back peddling from the AZ judge’s decision last January that clearly stated Gold has nothing to do with AFLDS or the board… it just didn’t make sense at first glance. But then some things began popping out at me, and after contacting the real ALFDS board president, Kevin Jenkins, and sending him this document, he let me know that THIS…..
…..was nothing more than wishful thinking. It was a document submitted by Gold's attorneys last May, hoping, wishing, and crossing their fingers that the AZ judge, who clearly outlined how Gold was no longer associated with AFLDS, would have a MASSIVE change of heart.
That didn't happen, and as of June 13th, 2023, the judge's original decision still stands:
But from what I can tell, that didn't stop the exoneration in Gold's mind. She has sent the above "Request to Modify" document to unwitting non-profit boards and others as her irrefutable "proof of innocence."
It's not proof of any king. It was a document written by Gold's attorneys and thrown out by the AZ judge.

Now, to make matters worse for Gold, I'm sure the AZ court is not going to smile upon her misappropriating her legal team's court submission as Gold's "exoneration," and even more so, her parole officer (for her January 6th involvement) is not going to like hearing she is committing a list of crimes while out on parole.
