Hi Reinette! Seeing this from your link on 3-22-23. I love this. I moved to the country with wild medicinal edible weeds EVERYWHERE. I am a very disorganized person and gardening really stresses me out. And then, one of the farmers at the market told me about Ruth Stout. Do you know who she was? My kind of gardener! Lol, that's my plan for this year. I did grow potatoes last year - just took a bag of organic potatoes that had sprouted and threw them in the ground.
