As of November 4th, 2022, American Frontline Doctor’s (AFLDS) board of directors requests from the US District Court Middle District of Florida for “immediate injunctive relief,” which would remove AFLDS founder, Dr. Simone Gold, from her self-appointed position and attempted takeover of AFLDS.
The lawsuit states that since Gold founded AFLDS in July of 2020, she has acquired items without board approval, such as a $3.6 million home in Naples, Florida, the purchase of 3 vehicles; a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van, a Hyundai Genesis, and a GMC Denali.
According to court documents, Gold also allegedly spent monthly amounts of “$12,000 on a personal security officer and $5,600 on a personal housekeeper, plus other personal items placed on credit cards belonging to AFLDS in the amount of nearly $50,000 per month.” Gold is also accused of “flying on private planes using AFLDS funds without approval or authorization from the Board of Directors. One of those trips exceeded $100,000.”
The fraudulent activity was uncovered during an AFLDS board-initiated forensic audit of the organization’s book. At the same time, Dr. Simone Gold served 60 days in federal prison for her involvement in the January 6th “insurrection” in DC.
If that wasn’t enough, Gold has highjacked the AFLDS organization and has covertly seized all control of operations, website, bank accounts, information technology, employee relationships, and money while defaming and disparaging current AFLDS Board Chairman Joey Gilbert.
Because of Gold’s flagrant acts of embezzlement, control, and fraud leads me to believe one of two things; either Dr. Simone Gold is a narcissist to the point of delusion, or she is a controlled operative and doing everything in her power to give the medical freedom movement a bad wrap.
Either way, the damage is being done.
