I think that is unfortunate reaction to Reinette s efforts , I dont think she is deserving of mistrust, and we all need to wait and see about Mack . But as I said before we who have been at this a long time here in America , trying to get sheriffs to ACT , HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED over and over. They now are also just politicians running for reelection and keeping their jobs.. We really have tried this angle .

She's not a government official anymore. But politician, sure, it's for life. Former government officials still have contacts in the government and can use revolving doors. I'm highly suspicious of those who become "activists"... (not real ones, but claiming leadership in the activist community).

The 30 million could just be a red herring to distract from the take over of AFLDs by various forces ..... Gold being locked in jail might have given power to those involved in a take over.
I read the judges findings and its not at all clear what's going on within the AFLD..... the judge recommended a receivership as a way to keep the AFLDs functional and afloat. Followed up by Gold pushing for this while the opponents seem to be on a course of complete destruction of the AFLDs.
I've been a big fan of Sheriff Mack so find it hard to believe he's doing something unethical, just that we don't have all the facts at this time.
Also the court action for injunctive relief is not a trial of the facts at all.... so an actual trial could find Dr. Gold as still the CEO of AFLDs and maybe that would make the actions of the committee investigating the entity as without any authority.
The trial may not even happen... According to court documents the parties were supposed to have a joint conference on March 31. But Mack conveniently "stole money" and the board conveniently resigned right before it. Now the last document submitted by the plaintiff is "objection to request to stay".
I am trying to set up an account now, but it looks like I have to have a "BAR" number, meaning I have to be an attorney. That does not sound correct as I believe this is information that should be "public information." Also, not only attorneys may want or need to access such information, but legal assistants and paralegals too and possibly other legal professionals. I doubt they even had $30 million to steal. Dr. Gold bragged that she brought up $25 million in donations total, and a big donor gave $5 million (I don't know if it's included into the $25M). It would be their entire operation budget for 3 years.
My original point was that RS presented this entire thing in such a way as to create a firestorm, and that's what happened, as everyone simply JUMPED UP and assumed all kinds of things without ANY actual evidence. Not sure where you live, but where I live at the moment, Sheriff's are elected in a political process. They go around and give speeches, do presentations, raise compaign funds, the whole nine yards.
This news breaks my heart. Front LIne Doctors helped my husband survive covid and council me on how to make sure the hospital didn't give him Remdesivir.
During my husband's hospitalization I was at home with a milder covid than my husband and the Front Line Doctor assigned my husband was so kind and supportive and helped me a great deal.

wonder if the oversight committtee has any authority now since gilbert has now resigned (if I understand what was stated above) whereas mack is still an officer..... now mack must be on the bank account as a signer or the bank would have refused to cash it..... now whether a judge could remove simone gold or not.... might be open to legal dispute or action so maybe she coukd still be found to be in charge.... so mack might have been operating under her direction ... so there might be a number of open issues we need to gather info to really determine....
Simone Gold is no longer on the board. She has not been since February of 2022. She has not attended any of the board meetings since then in spite of what she says. If she says she has been attending, I suggest she share copies of the board meeting minutes.

after reading the court findings which are not a court judgement regarding her position in AFLDs, her role is up in the air and an actual trial could find entirely differently.... I did read some of the docs relating to the legal proceedings and there is management and legal chaos within AFLDs currently.
from what I read on your blog I thought it was a judge that made that deter mination... so I don't know the legal aspect but this migh be appealable so it might be a legal issue as to who has legal authority over this organization.... I have spoken to Mack twice. He does not deny taking the money. He declined my interview. I have spoken to Joey Gilbert, their legal counsel, and staff members.
That has been a big point of contention from the beginning and the AZ judge pointed this out as well. It was excessive and unwarranted. I think this was a bit telling as to Mack's motives. Why not just serve the board, the people, and the mission???

Who controls the https://www.aflds.org/ website? I just checked it to see if they listed the board members, CEO and other positions. That information is not on the website that I could find anyway. It's not on the Who Are We page. But there are still videos of Simone Gold and a bio about her here:
The AFLDS website is still in control of Simone Gold and the Israelis. I believe the new board may have already been appointed. There is no "defaulting" to Simone Gold. Many of the assets are still in control of Gold tho she is no longer on the board; the $3.6 ML home, the luxury cars, the $6 million in a frozen bank account, the $30 ML she ran with, the AFLDS website, org emails, the data of 1.6 million people.
What a mess they have to clean up! The data of 1.6 million people is worth something! Considering those were all people who didn't believe the government narrative and did something different means to the right people it is worth even more. It's sickening how much she has gotten away with, once again good people trusting and trying to contribute to a cause they thought was doing good and getting taken advantage of because of it. For some reason, having heard your prior talk with Kevin I thought the website was under the control of the investigative committee, and only the Israeli news site was under Gold's control. It's confusing. No, he did not move money into an account that was associated with AFLDS. I have confirmed this with AFLDS legal counsel. Kevin is not out of a job. He is doing his job.
How do you do research to get these court documents? I'm clueless about this, but obviously in these times it's a useful tool to have. Do you go to the AZ Courts website (if there is such a thing) and search for the keywords of names and organization name?
There is a lot more information available to us than we realize, I know that much. But like the technique of security by obscurity, most people (myself included) have no idea what information is available and how to access it.
I noticed that also. They were both signed by Richard Mack but they were filled out by two different people. In fact, one looks like possibly a man’s handwriting ( maybe Mack), and the other looks to me like a woman’s handwriting.

I've been asking for the same. From what I can tell, they are in the process of this. But I keep saying, if these perps aren't arrested, then those who are designated to keep the org on track are culpable. With that said, I do believe the arrest will come.
In western countries, people are innocent until proven guilty. I note a serious tendency, in recent times, towards guilty if I think you're guilty, no proof or even inside knowledge required to reach that personal guilty verdict and destroy your life. This is a sad development. Before dining on our own, perhaps we could wait until they are confirmed guilty and even then, keep looking for the "set up". Of course "they" had to go for her. She is young and pretty and female, leading a powerful organisation. That's never ok.
I will keep sharing as this unfolds, and I agree with you. Nobody is guilty here until proven as such (and, yes, even THAT is questionable these days). But if the story changes course or new developments arise, I will share. I don't have skin in this game one way or another beyond trying to shed some light on a ridiculously complicated subject.
Years back in Australia we had an outspoken female politician who was jailed for fraud, and then found innocent on appeal, but she had served time in jail. She had been shafted by her male assistant. That's what happens to women who stick their heads above the parapet. So we should not be gunning for her, just in case she has been set up. The law is there to determine her innocence or guilt. It's not your job now the process has begun.
When I wrote "we" above, I was referring to the actual operatives: Reinette and Kevin. We commenters can only give moral support to them, but I think that's important--or, maybe it isn't. I read the judges findings and its not at all clear what's going on within the AFLD..... the judge recommended a receivership as a way to keep the AFLDs functional and afloat. Followed up by Gold pushing for this while the opponents seem to be on a course of complete destruction of the AFLDs.
I've been a big fan of Sheriff Mack so find it hard to believe he's doing something unethical, just that we don't have all the facts at this time.
Also the court action for injunctive relief is not a trial of the facts at all.... so an actual trial could find Dr. Gold as still the CEO of AFLDs and maybe that would make the actions of the committee investigating the entity as without any authority.
The trial may not even happen... According to court documents the parties were supposed to have a joint conference on March 31. This news breaks my heart. Front LIne Doctors helped my husband survive covid and council me on how to make sure the hospital didn't give him Remdesivir.
During my husband's hospitalization I was at home with a milder covid than my husband and the Front Line Doctor assigned my husband was so kind and supportive and helped me a great deal.
I will pray for the evil souls who would steal from such a beautiful organization & also for all the wonderful people who work so hard to help fellow humans during such a challenging time.

wonder if the oversight committtee has any authority now since gilbert has now resigned (if I understand what was stated above) whereas mack is still an officer..... now mack must be on the bank account as a signer or the bank would have refused to cash it..... now whether a judge could remove simone gold or not.... might be open to legal dispute or action so maybe she coukd still be found to be in charge.... so mack might have been operating under her direction ... so there might be a number of open issues we need to gather info to really determine....
Simone Gold is no longer on the board. She has not been since February of 2022. She has not attended any of the board meetings since then in spite of what she says. If she says she has been attending, I suggest she share copies of the board meeting minutes.
I'm definitely troubled about this and the possible role of Sheriff Mack in this and not knowing much about it hope there is something else behind this directing his actions
after reading the court findings which are not a court judgement regarding her position in AFLDs, her role is up in the air and an actual trial could find entirely differently.... What I DO know is that we have this thing called The Constitution, which means we have RIGHTS, and that document is as close to Natural Law as most anything in the world. How do you do research to get these court documents? I'm clueless about this, but obviously in these times it's a useful tool to have. Do you go to the AZ Courts website (if there is such a thing) and search for the keywords of names and organization name?

I noticed that also. They were both signed by Richard Mack but they were filled out by two different people. In fact, one looks like possibly a man’s handwriting ( maybe Mack), and the other looks to me like a woman’s handwriting.

I've been asking for the same. From what I can tell, they are in the process of this. But I keep saying, if these perps aren't arrested, then those who are designated to keep the org on track are culpable. With that said, I do believe the arrest will come.
In western countries, people are innocent until proven guilty.
