I think that, while all of this information is technically correct, the reality is that there are zero guarantees of ever gaining any of these rights.
I am a former California Assembly Co-Coordinator. What happened to another Assembly Coordinator is a case in point.
She stopped paying her mortgage, given what she knows about the fraud of mortgages, that they are paid the moment you sign the paperwork.
When she bought her beautiful home in Washington, it already had a land patent.
She did everything correctly as spelled out by Anna Von Reitz. Notices were sent, and she refused to leaave. All of this was no help when the Sherriffs arrived with a swat team to take her home. They broke down the door with an explosive, took her dog and took her to jail. They threw all her possessions out in the yard in the rain.
Due to the medical treatments on her dog at the vet where it was taken, it died within a few days, after she was released.
It's a long sad story. She has been in court for several years, and the house is now owned by someone else.

I too would like to know the connection and consequences of reducing the collateral (us).
What I have worked out is that the parasite's plan is that they will have more control over every one of us who does survive, so that every second of our existence they will make money from our very existence. The difference between our current debt slave existance and the parasite's plan is so vast most people probably cannot imagine it actually happening or how they will do it.

Certainly no substantiated evidence, and not even any arguments put forth that seemed likely to me. The site Jeff linked to in his article is by someone who's about page starts off, "I am the reincarnation of SAINT ANDREW in FEMALE PHYSICALITY." and covers a plethera of topics, interspersed with Trump worship and ads(?) for reducing fat. The page Jeff had linked to had long, long lists of names we would recognize (most of them) and their status such as 'Arrested and executed', 'Arrested and Awaiting Tribunal', 'Arrested and in Gitmo', 'Deceased', and similar. Guess where a lot of them got uploaded to? Archive.org! Most books are available in multiple different formats. You will also find music, radio/podcast shows, tons of stuff there. They have also archived websites at different timestamps through the site's history.

Yes, you can find most things by typing in the name followed by "Internet archive" without the quotes, and if there is any material of that name, you can usually find it very easily. It's amazing, the things purposely hides from people like all of these archived documents, in 2021 I found on the NIH website, a peer review study that talked about the poison shots and the effect they were having on people with multiple sclerosis. Interesting thing is that it's relevant to everybody because multiple sclerosis is a condition where the immune system attacks the nervous system and those two systems are the most intertwined in the body by way of "cause and effect" (so if you do something to one, there will be an impact on the other and vice versa). I questioned my GP about how the two systems in the body were linked and told him that it was my understanding. That's how it worked, and then I told him the CDC had posted on their website how the poison shot didn't affect the nervous system, which is a flat out lie straightaway! I then asked him if he could guarantee that these poison shots would not make my nerve system disorder worse if I was to be the sort of person to have one, and he couldn't answer me. Instead, he kept changing the subject lol. Pain specialist, however was lot more open about things and possibly because I gave him an out in my question where he could agree with something I said without actually putting his career at risk and that's exactly what he did and he knew that's why I did it. About six weeks later, I was sent by the universe a link to the German corona enquiry and David Martin going over all of the US patents linked to the poison shots (I'm going off on a tangent here so I'll stop there lol). You bring up another good point people need to be aware of, what has been altered in subsequent editions. In this case as far as I know the author wrote and published those books then went into hiding (understandably). It's not like he would be releasing new editions with new information.

When you go into a US court you need to ask what law they are operating under, but you don't know that because nobody tells you, then they make you take an oath and ask you if you "understand" what you've been told and 99% of people agree with that because they have got no comprehension of what legalease is (if you go and look up the meaning of understand, it actually means that you stand under somebody ok). so you go to an admiralty court, where you are tried using the law of the sea, not the law of the land to argue a matter of the law of the land and it gets thrown out. Are you really surprised? there's a couple of books on the Internet. You can buy that in detail how you can navigate the US legal system and win. I can't remember the names of them off the top of my head, but I could point you to one of Cliff highs bitchute videos that has them in the description.

I've been treking down this path to freedom, trying to prove the theories and allegations, so that I have no doubt about the 14th Amendment which made us US citizens, the Reconstruction Act of 1871 which created the corporation, the Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917 and the amendment in 1933 made us the enemy, and the bank holiday of 1933 which not only removed real money from our system, but collateralized the nation's money with OUR property, land and labor in exchange for compelled benefits, the Social Security System. Part II of my comment - All of what is said about being a National appears to be technically true, but doesn't often work in reality. Believing otherwise is what got another friend thrown in jail for a month, and why still another friend recently had her car window smashed in and her van towed when she refused to sign a speeding ticket, claiming her rights as a National.. Her dog was also taken to a vet and my friend also spent a day in jail, and is currently facing 10 more days jail time.
We are still in their court and police system, like it or not, whether this is legally so or not. We all know what is going on is not right, is fraud, but we all need to be practical about what is possible.
When I chose not to register my van, and had no license for 2 years, I seemed to get away with this, with no problems. I drove with American National private plates on my van and had no trouble. But then the Franchise Tax Board (the collection agency for the DMV) eventually came after me. They would have eventually taken all the money out of my bank account. I got out of some of the fines, but not all of them. I proved a point, but it wasn't worth it. My van also could have been towed at any time. That was always hanging over my head.
I think it can do no harm to have a land patent. Ron Gibson, who teaches this process, has had success using it, but it isn't easy and is not a guarantee.
I have friends who currently have a land patent who choose to still pay taxes. I think they would be putting themselves at great risk of losing the property if they did not.
With land being taken in Iowa and elsewhere for a carbon pipeline, I wonder again what would happen if these farmers had land patents. I doubt it would matter, and likely a lengthy, expensive legal fight would be needed.
Regarding the Cestui Quei Vie Trust , many of us sent in our bills to the Sign-In America Program. I sent in my $80.000 student loan in 2020 - nothing ever happened, or for anyone else. IIt was a good idea, but the current corrupt financial system would never honor it.

Hi Jeff, sorry I haven't been in touch with you yet via your website as I have not been very well this week (it's a long story. Maybe I will tell you about it one day), I hope to get in touch with you this week time permitting. Anyway, I wanted to bring your attention to a couple of books that Cliff high has referenced in one of his videos in the past-he wouldn't name them for obvious reasons, but he put them in the description of the video they are relatively inexpensive and you can learn an awful lot about the US legal system in particular and how best to navigate it. You can find the video at the link below and it's actually very good 38 minute explanation into how the United States got into the mess that it is currently.
For everybody asking about the rest of the world. The simple answer is "anywhere that is under the British Commonwealth is most definitely affected, which just happens to be the majority of the planet" (looking at a nations flag is a good indication for for example look at the Hawaiian flag in the top left corner. What do you see? Same with Fiji, Tonga, Samoa Rarotonga, Cook Islands, Australia, New Zealand etc etc).

I have to admit, however, if you both elected to take it down, I do not blame you in the slightest because you actually gave people a lot of occulted information during your talk with Renette and I'm sure somebody controlling the Internet would love to shut that down so I don't blame you for removing it if that's what's happened. I'm sure I can find it online if I go and have a look because once it's on the Internet, it never goes away-if you know how to find things you can find it pretty easy.

She did everything correctly as spelled out by Anna Von Reitz. Notices were sent, and she refused to leaave. All of this was no help when the Sherriffs arrived with a swat team to take her home. They broke down the door with an explosive, took her dog and took her to jail. They threw all her possessions out in the yard in the rain.
Due to the medical treatments on her dog at the vet where it was taken, it died within a few days, after she was released.
It's a long sad story. She has been in court for several years, and the house is now owned by someone else.

I too would like to know the connection and consequences of reducing the collateral (us).
What I have worked out is that the parasite's plan is that they will have more control over every one of us who does survive, so that every second of our existence they will make money from our very existence. The difference between our current debt slave existance and the parasite's plan is so vast most people probably cannot imagine it actually happening or how they will do it.
What they want is fewer of us, but the vastly more efficient means of extracting the value from each of us that is now possible with technology will more than make up the difference. Having a degree in computer science and being a former tech geek I will just say that it's absolutely possible, and I think they already have the technology to achieve it. There is a patent from Microsoft showing their intent. The infrastructure is almost totally in place (they have the highest population density areas covered already).

In an article he wrote titled 'Evidence' he had many links to the sources where he is getting this information. Even though the article opened with "There is increasing evidence that the Deep State Cabal is already dead…kaputt…over." I saw no indication of anything I would call evidence in his article, and I see no evidence in the real world that the Deep State is already dead. Certainly no substantiated evidence, and not even any arguments put forth that seemed likely to me. Just writing something like, "We are also getting information leaked about military tribunals that are cleaning up the evil contingent..." is not evidence in my book.
The site Jeff linked to in his article is by someone who's about page starts off, "I am the reincarnation of SAINT ANDREW in FEMALE PHYSICALITY." and covers a plethera of topics, interspersed with Trump worship and ads(?) for reducing fat. The page Jeff had linked to had long, long lists of names we would recognize (most of them) and their status such as 'Arrested and executed', 'Arrested and Awaiting Tribunal', 'Arrested and in Gitmo', 'Deceased', and similar. Also photos of some of the parasitic politicians with their 'charges' listed above them. It looked to me like same old Q psyop propaganda just presented differently. The site gave no substantial evidence nor sources for this information.

Rember way back in the good old days when we were told about the paperless office revolution and everyone, public libraries included started scanning and digitizing their old books? Guess where a lot of them got uploaded to? Archive.org! Most books are available in multiple different formats. You will also find music, radio/podcast shows, tons of stuff there. They have also archived websites at different timestamps through the site's history.
I consider it a National Treasure, but like I say, it's being scrubbed. So be sure to download what you find valuable.

Yes, you can find most things by typing in the name followed by "Internet archive" without the quotes, and if there is any material of that name, you can usually find it very easily. It's amazing, the things purposely hides from people like all of these archived documents, in 2021 I found on the NIH website, a peer review study that talked about the poison shots and the effect they were having on people with multiple sclerosis. Interesting thing is that it's relevant to everybody because multiple sclerosis is a condition where the immune system attacks the nervous system and those two systems are the most intertwined in the body by way of "cause and effect" (so if you do something to one, there will be an impact on the other and vice versa). I questioned my GP about how the two systems in the body were linked and told him that it was my understanding. That's how it worked, and then I told him the CDC had posted on their website how the poison shot didn't affect the nervous system, which is a flat out lie straightaway! I then asked him if he could guarantee that these poison shots would not make my nerve system disorder worse if I was to be the sort of person to have one, and he couldn't answer me. Instead, he kept changing the subject lol. Pain specialist, however was lot more open about things and possibly because I gave him an out in my question where he could agree with something I said without actually putting his career at risk and that's exactly what he did and he knew that's why I did it. About six weeks later, I was sent by the universe a link to the German corona enquiry and David Martin going over all of the US patents linked to the poison shots (I'm going off on a tangent here so I'll stop there lol). I've also found long lost books on the Internet archive for example, there is an eight series on natural remedies using plants readily found in North America-the NIH have also got this on their website, but you have to really look for it!! Anybody who is into natural remedies would find that an absolute goldmine, but as usual, it's hidden so that the Rockefeller complex can continue to make money out of killing people

You bring up another good point people need to be aware of, what has been altered in subsequent editions. When you go into a US court you need to ask what law they are operating under, but you don't know that because nobody tells you, then they make you take an oath and ask you if you "understand" what you've been told and 99% of people agree with that because they have got no comprehension of what legalease is (if you go and look up the meaning of understand, it actually means that you stand under somebody ok). so you go to an admiralty court, where you are tried using the law of the sea, not the law of the land to argue a matter of the law of the land and it gets thrown out. Are you really surprised? there's a couple of books on the Internet. You can buy that in detail how you can navigate the US legal system and win. I can't remember the names of them off the top of my head, but I could point you to one of Cliff highs bitchute videos that has them in the description.

Part II of my comment - All of what is said about being a National appears to be technically true, but doesn't often work in reality. Believing otherwise is what got another friend thrown in jail for a month, and why still another friend recently had her car window smashed in and her van towed when she refused to sign a speeding ticket, claiming her rights as a National.. Her dog was also taken to a vet and my friend also spent a day in jail, and is currently facing 10 more days jail time.
We are still in their court and police system, like it or not, whether this is legally so or not. We all know what is going on is not right, is fraud, but we all need to be practical about what is possible.
When I chose not to register my van, and had no license for 2 years, I seemed to get away with this, with no problems. I drove with American National private plates on my van and had no trouble. But then the Franchise Tax Board (the collection agency for the DMV) eventually came after me. They would have eventually taken all the money out of my bank account. I got out of some of the fines, but not all of them. I proved a point, but it wasn't worth it. My van also could have been towed at any time. That was always hanging over my head.
I think it can do no harm to have a land patent. Ron Gibson, who teaches this process, has had success using it, but it isn't easy and is not a guarantee.
I have friends who currently have a land patent who choose to still pay taxes. I think they would be putting themselves at great risk of losing the property if they did not.
With land being taken in Iowa and elsewhere for a carbon pipeline, I wonder again what would happen if these farmers had land patents. I doubt it would matter, and likely a lengthy, expensive legal fight would be needed.
Regarding the Cestui Quei Vie Trust , many of us sent in our bills to the Sign-In America Program. I sent in my $80.000 student loan in 2020 - nothing ever happened, or for anyone else. IIt was a good idea, but the current corrupt financial system would never honor it.

The simple answer is "anywhere that is under the British Commonwealth is most definitely affected, which just happens to be the majority of the planet" (looking at a nations flag is a good indication for for example look at the Hawaiian flag in the top left corner. Last Wednesday 29 November 2023 our Article III Amendment VII Civilian Court of record with better bona fides than any other court on Oregon. www.orsja.org 7 of us and Our Marshal and Deputy confronted the Office of sheriff and served our doc and proper oath to the sheriff with proof of service and filed it with the County recorder and DA and County Council.
