Corruption of the California Oath of Office
How the CA oath of office has surreptitiously been altered, removing portions that prevent California officials' allegiance to foreign entities or advocacy to overthrow the CA or US government.
Every Californian must ask why today, elected and appointed officials have been swearing in to a truncated version of the official California oath of office.
As it currently stands, California elected/appointed officials are not being sworn into their positions utilizing the entire oath according to the California Constitution, ARTICLE XX, Section 3.
The below has been surreptitiously removed:
“And I do further swear (or affirm) that I do not advocate, nor am I a member of any party or organization, political or otherwise, that now advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means; that within the five years immediately preceding the taking of this oath (or affirmation) I have not been a member of any party or organization, political or otherwise, that advocated the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means except as follows:
_____ (If no affiliations, write in the words “No Exceptions”) _____
and that during such time as I hold the office of _____ (name of office) _____
I will not advocate nor become a member of any party or organization, political or otherwise, that advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means.”
BACKSTORY
In 1952, as seen below, the vast majority of Californians voted to approve Proposition 6, a legislatively referred constitutional amendment in California amending the official oath of office to include the above section. Yet, somewhere along the way, California officials have fraudulently removed what the majority of California voters approved over 70 years ago.
The full oath is intended to be affirmed by every “Public officer and employee including every officer and employee of the State,…. the University of California, every county, city, city and county, district, and authority, including any department, division, bureau, board, commission, agency, or instrumentality of any of the foregoing.”
As stated in the California Government Code - Section 1360-1369:: Article 4. Oath Of Office SECTION 1360-1369
1360. Unless otherwise provided, before any officer enters on the
duties of his office, he shall take and subscribe the oath or
affirmation set forth in Section 3 of Article XX of the Constitution
of California.
(3) Each judge of a superior court, the county clerk, the
executive officer or court administrator of the superior court, and
the recorder shall file a copy of his or her official oath, signed
with his or her own proper signature, in the office of the Secretary
of State as soon as he or she has taken and subscribed his or her
oath.
How in the world has the Secretary of State, Shirley Weber, and every former Secretary of State, yet to notice the truncated version of the official California oath of office?
1369. Every person having taken and subscribed to the oath or
affirmation required by this chapter, who while holding office,
advocates or becomes a member of any party or organization, political
or otherwise, that advocates the overthrow of the government of the
United States by force or violence or other unlawful means, is guilty
of a felony, and is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison.
As it currently stands, California officials today can hold an office and be a member of any party or organization, political or otherwise, that advocates the overthrow of our government…..
One must ask the question, why was this portion removed? Who removed it? When was it removed throughout the majority, if not the entire political body of California, and for what purposes?
Is this the case in other states as well?
As a former Nevada City (California) elected official who has affirmed the oath of office on two occasions, I had no idea I was taking an oath to a partial version.
Perhaps now is the time that California voters demand that the oath be reinstated, in its entirety, and abided by as approved by the majority of California voters in 1952.

I believe both the WHO and the WEF would qualify as “foreign entities” bent on overthrowing the Constitution of both California AND the United States!
It is clear to me that many woke liberal, neo-con, military and weather manipulation actions are for the overthrow and destruction of California and the whole country. Think Agenda 20 and 30. No wonder they don’t want to sign that deleted oath, although they don’t even try very hard to cover up the lawlessness any more with the judicial system corruption.
At some point we will have to start over with new leaders that work for the benefit of the people, real equality, justice, and collaboration instead of elite control and greed.
