How the CA oath of office has surreptitiously been altered, removing portions that prevent California officials' allegiance to foreign entities or advocacy to overthrow the CA or US government.
It is clear to me that many woke liberal, neo-con, military and weather manipulation actions are for the overthrow and destruction of California and the whole country. Think Agenda 20 and 30. No wonder they don’t want to sign that deleted oath, although they don’t even try very hard to cover up the lawlessness any more with the judicial system corruption.
At some point we will have to start over with new leaders that work for the benefit of the people, real equality, justice, and collaboration instead of elite control and greed.
Did I understand that right, that every public employee has to take the oath? As for the politicans, it seems that a whole lot of them break their oaths time and time again.
The California state government is gonna collapse. It might not be this year, but it’s coming. I’ve heard the cabal wanna pick up the pieces and impose total tyranny in every dimension imaginable.
It’s unfortunate for them though. We have God on our side. 🙏
Well, .... this development doesn't bode well. If there is no legal recourse for violating oath of office, .... it may well only get corrected after grassroots vigilante justice. That could be quite ugly.
If/when we do reinstate this oath section, we should include the "affiliation with any Party, agency or foreign government that advocates for the overthrow or control of our governmental process".
No one has taken an oath to the original organic Constitution they have all been mouthing a meaningless one to the replacement corporate one since 1871 not the same at all

@Reinette, I asked the county counsel in El Dorado why the oath had been truncated and the response was that those removed sections had been held unconstitutional as a violation of the first amendment by the California Supreme Court in the case of Vogel v. County of Los Angeles (1967) 68 Cal 2d 18. The court in Vogel relied on the US Supreme Court cases of Elfbrandt v. Russell (1966) 384 US 11 and Keyishan v. Board of Regents (1967) 385 US 589 which held it unconstitutional to require compliance with an oath which applies to membership without a specific intent to further the unlawful aims of the organization.
Which I take to mean you can belong to an organization that seeks to overthrow the govt as long as you don't personally go along with it ("further the unlawful aims of the organization"). Seems weak. That still doesn't explain why the CA statute wasn't updated so the oath versions remain in conflict. But at least there is some substantive explanation for the deletions.
I am thoroughly impressed with your Truth Venue and will join with fiat as soon as I get decent work in a decent school or other.. ( I refuse masks, shots, oligarchs, etc) I have done some work for Peggy Hall and she may already know of this FRAUD.. but I will get this information to her ASAP...

Knowing we are basically all funding them because of the companies funding them, is hard to take. Btw, he has done a lot of work on them in the past too.
