Wonderful 2 of my favorite , but I think you will fall short of expectations in the legal world , its completely corrupted and controlled [its really a military court in form} , there are no common law courts in America , yes its corporate statutory law and Roman commercial law, and they will use every possible ways to frustrate , ignore , misplace ,threaten whatever it takes to undermine anything common law actions , definitions , procedure , ect ect. it seems your attempting to mix jurisdictions , They could not careless that our RIGHTS come from the SUPREME CREATOR, and they despise those who claim this , and fight for it. I have been there done that for a long time , we no longer have the time it takes to do this this way, BUT everyone must do what they can, . We have tried similar including expertly written NOL s and contract law , and oath violations ect, and the state government and even gov simply refused service . Until we have SHERIFFS who will come and arrest ALL complicit and or violate our rights, or support our lawful process and actions , it will go nowhere . But love you for trying every inch of the territory we can take back matters.

I'm not sure any of these lawsuits and court cases in corrupt courts will make a damn bit of difference, ... just as soon as Gates releases his Next Big Thing and global vaxx mandates go out, which will have national sanctions in the event the WHO dictates are not followed in totality.
