"Conscience of Psychiatry," Dr. Peter Breggin & wife Ginger discuss the weaponization of Fear Appeal thru Covid-19, how lobotomies came to an end, where the Breggin/Robert Malone lawsuit stands today.
Great interview! Regarding Fentanyl--I just watched a video where a doctor said that organ donations via drug overdoses have far surpassed donations from car accidents, shootings, or stabbings. Of course big pharma and drug dealers make a huge profit from drugs, but think of the unintended side business of organ harvesting from overdoses.
I stand corrected. Rose Kennedy was their mother, but it was Rosemary Kennedy, the sister, who was lobotomized in 1941 at the age of 23-year-old apparently. My mistake. Sorry.
I have so appreciated the Bregginβs contribution in this unbelievable fight for our medical freedom, so much gratitude for this interview. I have absolute belief that they are filled with integrity and compassion. Regarding Robert Malone, while I do not believe he is controlled opposition at least based on his actions regarding the COVID narrative, I have been appalled by this lawsuit against the Breggins. This is not the actions of a man with integrity. $25 million??? I hope the judge orders him to pay the Bregginβs lawyers fees.
Some people struggle with finding themselves suddenly, later in life, as an outsider. It will take time to process and come to terms with your inner outsider and that struggle is how I understand Dr. Maloneβs reactions. The Breggins clearly arrived at that point earlier than he and so have developed the capacity to withstand injuries. Dr. Malone, I imagine, felt blindsided by what he perceived as βthe same sideβ, of fellow outsiders not having his back in a very trying time. Time will show him outsiders ARE outside. Thereβs no side to be found there. The Breggins could apply the same lens to themselves and transcend these ego struggles and extend some grace to those involved in the same struggle. We are struggling individually with a shared phenomenon NOT on teams or sides. It is only by making space for all the pieces of the mosaic to shine that something bigger than ourselves will be realized by all of us (at least those looking).
Wow. Did we really have to rake Ted kennedy over the coals in order to explain the dangers of lobotomy?
Reinette, I have been a big supporter, have donated, and I link your site on a number of other sites.
Might I suggest that you do more research on the Rose kennedy's situation.
I think it was done in good faith. I think Joe Kennedy loved his children.
The Kennedy siblings were devastated at what happened.
Who knows what Ted kennedy was thinking or what his reasons were. At least he did let Breggin speak. Not sure that would have happened these days.
For Breggin to bring up Chappaquidick was a cheap shot.
There are a number or people who believe that Chappaquidick was a set up.
Kennedy had been in a plane crash the year before. His back was broken. Accident? I doubt it.
His cherished oldest brother was shot down in a plane. His cherished older sister was shot down in a plane. His two older cherished brothers were assassinated out in the open for the whole world to see. His oldest son lost a leg to cancer at age 12. HIs daughter contracted and died of cancer at an early age.
His cherished nephew died in what most assume was a fixed plane crash.
It doesn't end there.
No one is perfect, and think what you like about Ted and the rest of the Kennedy's, but Breggin sounds very holier than thou.
He could have made his point about lobotomy without bring the Kennedy's into it.
The reason why the Kennedy's were brought into it was because Senator Kennedy was the chair of the committee that could bring lobotomies to an end. No disparage was meant.
Thank you for reply, Reinette. I still think it could have been handled differently.
In my opinion we did not need the casting of aspersions of Kennedy's character.
I am going to do my own research into this to find out more about those hearings Breggin referred to.
The Kennedy's have done a great deal of work for physically/mentally challenged.
The Special Olympics is a great organization.
I am not putting Kennedy's, or anyone else, on a pedastal. I just think that many people (commenters on all sites) vilify the Kennnedy's when they (the commenters) have no idea what it is like to live in a fishbowl, and have never, and probably will never, suffered the kind of trauma that the Kennedy family did.
(I am not saying other families have not suffered trauma, I am saying that most of us will never suffer the trauma of death, injury, assassination, speculation, vilification, etc that the Kennedy's have)
Well, I should not tell anyone else what do do, but after the past four years and reading comment sections on many many sites I try to take a step back because, boy, people can be scathing!.
I hate evil. And I am enraged at what has happened, but I now try to step back from name calling. Just my own preference. I only have to look at my own life - it's mistakes, misdirections, etc.
What a wonderful interview. Thank you all three very much.

They can harvest overdosed organs? That doesn't sound healthy.

Rose Kennedy was not the sister of Senator Edward Kennedy or JFK or RFK. It was their mother.

Same here.

Here's The Eagles' Hotel California song, rewritten to be about Fear Appeal:
WELCOME TO THE HOTEL PARANOIA
On the great reset highway, foolsβ words in my ear
Warm smell of infection, rising up through the fear
Up ahead in the future, I saw a frightening sight
My health grew heavy and my rights grew dim
I got locked down for the night
βShow passports at the doorway,β
I heard the armed guards tell
And I was thinking to myself,
βThis could be Heaven or this could be Hellβ
Then they brought out the needles and they boosted away
There were voices from the monitor,
I thought I heard them sayβ¦
Welcome to the Hotel Paranoia
Such an ugly place (Such an ugly place)
So just mask your face
Plenty of doom at the Hotel Paranoia
Any kind of fear (Any kind of fear)
You can find it here
The news is definitely twisted toward propagandic ends
They got a lot of pretty newsman boys they call friends
How they lie in the courthouse, hyping the threat.
Some lie to remember, some lie to forget
So I called up the doctor,
βPlease help me feel fineβ
He said, βWe havenβt showed that spirit here since nineteen twenty nineβ
And so our choice is falling so far away,
Taken out in the middle of the night
Then you hear them sayβ¦
Welcome to the Hotel Paranoia
Such an ugly place (Such an ugly place)
So just mask your face
The living will die at the Hotel Paranoia
What a big surprise (not a nice surprise)
Right before your eyes.
Fearβs up to the ceiling,
They keep vaccine on ice
βSure,β we said, βwe are all just listeners here, on our own deviceβ
And in Big Pharmaβs boardrooms,
They gathered for the feast
They profit from our sickly lives
And they just canβt care the least
Last thing I remember, I was
Lying on the floor
I couldnβt get the message back
To the way it was before
βReact,β said the fright man,
βWe are programmed to deceive.
You can fact check any time you like,
But you will not believe.β
