This is exactly what I have observed in my county commission meetings that I view online. The current administrator is a former newscaster. He remained in the area and moved to a job in public utiility prior to to the county commission job. Just recently the commission approved the hiring of another individual who also worked in local media for the administrative team.
My county commissioners had an interm administrator who had retired from public office (an elected postiton as county treasurer) in a neighboaring county. He was the best my county had in that position in a very long time. He did the job of three people and was only working part time.
100% accurate. My state has taken over so many duties that were once handeled locally. And then the state has the audacity to tell my commissioners to raise our taxes to raise funds that are normally supplied by the state. The state has created numerous "rainy day" funds.
I have heard Deborah Tavares say that forever, but she would still go. However, how do we get ahead of that and actually have a voice before they just push it through?

I am happy that the doctor indicated that means I am making new neurons every night in the hippocampus. I suffer from short term memory loss, which is a bloody drag; it stems from a pHarma injury from a stain drug Crestor from 13 years back or so.
I went through the entire Audible version of The Indoctrinated Brain. Then I bought the hardcover. It's a complex book. I highly recommend the Audible version. You can adjust the playback speed. The narrator is top notch. Extremely clear presentation.

I began a conversation with my dentist, who is going to pull one of my teeth soon, by saying "There's probably not a good time to ask you this...but I've never been vaxxed, and I wonder about the dental anaesthetics..."
He shocked me. He said he wondered about them too. He said he was probably reading the same things that I was. He said he was vaxxed once and he regretted it, and wondered what it will do to him. He said I was the first to ask this. He said he couldn't find a physician he could trust either. He asked me to imagine how he felt having to inject anaesthetics he couldnt be sure of. His dental assistant was right there, and they seemed to be in agreement on all of it. I think they even wanted advice from me.
It took me by surprise. It restored my faith in people. I felt so happy leaving there but they seemed disapointed that I couldnt help them.

Her method of stating something which cannot be run away from is called Estopple. The IRS uses it when they send a letter stating something. If one does not challenge it, they are assumed to agree. However, a demand notice stating facts must be followed up with a final demand after sufficient time (preferably witnessed by an officer of the court , a notary to whom the response is to be sent) who can rule that a response was not forthcoming in time and declare that the statement is true for all intents and purposes. This declaration can be filed as a lien in the courthouse for monetary things such as fraudulent takings.
Not sure if this can work with council people. What are the damages? I am certain that government lawyer/weasels can find a way to deflect this again and again and again. The most common way used is to come back with a statement about something not addressed to deflect and catch one up in their tar baby..
