As a former legal investigator I find something odd. The Sheriff is alleged to have expropriated funds from the FrontLine Doctors, however a close scrutiny of the alleged report exemplifies this:
The "Victim" is not Frontline Doctors, but rather the Free Speech Foundation. Am I missing something?
That is an online form that allows anyone to file a report, even me, about anything, and I'm not involved.. Is the Victim also Front Line? If the money was stolen by front line, then why is the esq. for Free Speech filing the report? Is she FrontLine's mouthpiece? It is curious because it seems that this report is being generated by someone attempting to manufacture a criminal action when the real issue is civil. Sheriff Mack did not rob that bank. He utilized the bank to access monies that he manifestly had access to. FrontLine should have removed him from the account, they were negligent, and all he has to say is, "I believed the money was due to me. The bank let me have it, therefore I assumed it was authorized." It is a civil matter., nothing more. Sheriff Mack won't see a prosecutor, they will reject the case. Besides, he's a cop, where has everyone been for the last 100 years?
As you saw in a commenter below, Free Speech Foundation is DBA as AFLDS. And, yes, at first this was a civil action.... but once Mack was removed from the board and monies not returned it became criminal. Thus why the second report was filed per the law enforcement's advice. the AFLDS attorney has been in personal communications with LE throughout this week.

These are valid legal points you make. We might plausibly presume that Mack may have even been owed money. Untill all evidence is properly vetted we still don't know all the facts.
I'm only on page (3) and can see that AFLDS has serious internal friction and unresolved issues pertaining to monies allocated to several parties. The list of characters and their positions within the org, will take time to fully assimilate. As for Gold's purported misuse of AFDLS funds used to purchase a home--this is disputed in the bottom paragraph on pg (4)--and it is indicated that the Board approved the purchase of the home as an office/HQ for AFDLS. As of now I'm only on the first few pages, and it appears there is friction and unresolved communication issues within the org's Board. I might presume that the breakdown of internal management has led to a variety of accusations and resentments along the way. Seems like a good L.A. Law script! I'll continue to review this over the next couple of days as time allows...wonder what an attorney might see here?
Mack has been getting paid $20,000 a month. There is no justification for him to believe he is owed $350,000. And he admits he took it. But his reasoning does not hold water.
Despite appearances and foregone conclusions re Mack's presumed lack of integrity, his reputation as a constitutional sheriff deserves consideration. What is plausible, until proven otherwise, is that AFLDS may have been infiltrated by bad actors in order to dissolve the org. Or it may be a matter of bad management and a breakdown regarding the orgs purpose and direction. I believe it is important at this stage in our reasoning to consider that the smears of the org, and Dr Gold in particular, need greater scrutiny. Absolutely, I don't know what I don't know. It is really hard to pass judgement based upon internet documents, specifically when coming from an outfit with a dubious, questionable track record. Again, each crime has a specific set of "elements," and if even one "element" is missing then there is no crime. The first is mens rea. How do you prove that in the instant matter? The money was freely exchanged, tacit bank approval, there was no forgery, no flight, no mentioned acts that would constitute "consciousness of guilt," so based upon the "evidence" I have seen, a computer report, self generated, I would decline to charge Sheriff Mack criminally. Civil is another matter. Unless a real live person can attest to Sheriff Mack being "informed" or produce a writing endorsed by the Sheriff, of his "knowledge," mens rea, that the account was off limits, its just a civil matter no matter how they try to gussy up, a crime. Additionally, the "report" is different in that it has no detail statement, just codes cited. There is no statement from the victim on the report. That is telling.
Its not naive, its pragmatic. Naive is sitting on the internet and viewing dubious documents and expecting to come to a fair, honest, just, conclusion. There is a presumption of innocence in this system of jurisprudence, and internet "evidentiary hearings" are not such. Warrants issued by a Judge , FILED complaints with a court stamp, Booking sheets with the Sheriffs signature, those are "evidence" worth considering. The other stuff, not so much.

AFLDS is a registered trademark of Free Speech Foundation Inc. Simone Gold has since registered her own "foundation" with a similar name to confuse donors, while using the AFLDS trademark that she doesn't own, which is actually fraud.
I'm not sure what you mean by this comment, but you can go look up the AFLDS trademark on the federal government trademark website and clearly Simone Gold doesn't own it, so she is acting fraudulently in claiming rights to the AFLDS name and website properties. All of this is publicly accessible information.
Nonetheless, I appreciated Dr Gold's position as a whistleblower during the height of the scamdemic. I choose not to believe that she was using the CV-19 scam/scare merely as a means to pad her bank account. Perhaps she created a similar sounding name for the new org so that she could use her name brand and remain familiar? Many angles involved when marketing. Personally I'm pretty lousy when it comes to self-promotion. And yet, I recognize the need to create a brand when one is involved in any business endeavor--whether it's non-profit or for profit.

1. at 10:30am Joey Gilbert as an AFLDS Chairman attended a telephonic conference in AZ court with Dr. Gold and attorneys. The conference was scheduled to continue on April 28. Nothing about Gilbert resigning and that he can't continue, any AFLDS changes coming etc.

There are many red flag with this. I would have to see a copy of an arrest warrant, booking sheet, charging complaint, summons, citation or some other indicia from an actual "Court" in order to make a rational, pragmatic, and logical conclusion as to Sheriff Macks alleged improprieties. It starts with a police report. AFLDS reps are telling you they filed this police report and they are offering a copy to the public as to what they filed. Why would they tell you they filed the police report but not actually file it? You're confusing the filing of a police report with a court docket (not started yet from my search) or a guilty verdict.
The report is a template, that anyone could file, even me. I could fill it out, screen shot it and delete it. Again, it appears that, for whatever reason, the ACTUAL facts are eluding us. As a former legal investigator I need to see more. Truth, pragmatically, backed by empirical evidence, is what we need to have, not a mish mash of dubious documents, hearsay, 3rd party, inadmissible, possibly contrived discovery documents generated by interested parties. No, you're not getting clarity here at all. Free Speech Foundation is the original legal entity for AFLDS, a non-profit organization. Nonprofits have specific rules and regulations they have to follow regarding financial reporting, donations, and payment to board members/employees. Simone Gold no longer is a part of this entity but claims to still be running it when she's not, and using these false claims to continue to generate donations. Therefore, she is the one doing the "fleecing" here.
In contrast, James O'Keefe left Project Veritas, did not argue that he still owned the nonprofit or its trademarks, and has since set up his own for-profit media company with a new name that he can retain control over. There is no purposeful brand confusion between Project Veritas (the original nonprofit) and the new O'Keefe Media Group. O'Keefe handled his situation properly, whereas Simone Gold has acted fraudulently, and as a lawyer, she ought to know better.

I'm probably spending too much time in your comments right now, but a good number of them are extremely frustrating. We apparently have a lot of super naïve people who are easily taken in by charismatic leaders, and with the right mix of fear porn and hopium, a lot of bad actors seem to have stepped up to the forefront as the untouchable alt-media celebrities. I'm Iooking forward to a review of the minutes! I've worked as a board member for a couple of non profits and (especially if smaller orgs) simple details-- like minutiae required by the state, and the protocols required in order to maintain the 501(c)3 status often become annoyances and unnecessary bureaucratic busy work. 'Staying on point' is the legitimate task of any worthwhile non-profit org. Due to Mack's longevity as a constitutional Sheriff and role model for sheriffs throughout the nation, too much of this smells like a witch hunt and evidence for a vendetta. We've seen too many whistleblower doctors and advocates for credible vaxx disclosure to dismiss the notion of intentional smears. Even now, the facts re adverse reactions and the mRNA damage done, is barely visible in the mainstream news cycle. We still must rely on outliers like Stew Peters or Dr Ruby to hear anything approaching truth in a realm which cultivates fiction for profit and control.
I'm sorry, I disagree. It's people like Igor Chudov and others on Substack (sorry, including myself here, but also Reinette's freind Mathew Crawford) who didn't pop up out of nowhere with glitzy tv studios and lots of media attention that are really doing the footwork. I'm on the fence about Stew but a lot of the headliners in this movement are people who are good at getting media attention and not necessarily the most sincere or best researchers. Some of the top folks also live on spewing fear porn all the time....they tend to sensationalize too much sometimes. I wanted so much for some "Constitutional Sheriff" somewhere to slap the cuffs on any of the oppressive, self serving, greedy, double-dealing politicians or bureaucrats we have in authority. But after so much time has passed, nothing like that has happened. I am disappointed, disillusioned and apprehensive for what the future holds for our nation. Barbara, I'm right there with you.... there has been a lot of disappointment over the last three years and a lot of empty promises. At some point, I feel it will ultimately get to a point where the law will not serve us or our rights, and it will be a massive outbreak in the streets, and our representatives running for their lives. I don't want that. I have been doing what I can in my little way to prevent this, but what we are seeing happen in France and other nations is certainly coming our way.

Kevin Jenkins is not honest about what happened in the AZ case. The judge came down hard on both sides of the legal battle and was openly talking about appointing a receiver because both sides behaved badly.
(28:40) Kevin Jenkins is saying that "Joey was a good guy". --> If you read the judgement in the AZ case, it's clearly that Joey did things that a good guy would not do. He helped Simone buy the $3.6M home for her to live in.
Kevin is aware of the AZ decision. This is why he and the Oversight Committee was recommending they step down. But Gilbert agreed they needed a new board in order to get on the right track and go after Simone. This has been a laborious process.
This issue is vital relative to the economic reset, you are planning to report more on Rienette. You identify a short timeline for an economic reset. The first goal for the system is to hold loyalty to it, in spite of what it does before or after reset, by increasing fear and mistrust in each other. Sheriff Mack represents trust in local power, under the constitutional system, with local power coming from the county level. County laws and selective sheriff enforcement overrode state ordinances during lockdowns and states give authority to the federal government, which has authority over the banking system. And as we know and learn better how to make our constitutional system functional, we can use local power projected through county politics to even seize property, held by criminals, global or otherwise, in any reset. People like me look for people in the county seats of authority who realize this and are positioning with people like health rights organizations, to find real criminals and enforce the constitution. Sheriff Mack represents a critical piece of trust essential machinery at the county level. A piece we must trust to build into the real constitutional system, frontline doctors, Reinette and others realize must be made trustworthy to replace globalism as a trusted authority in the face of a reset to a social credit system of trust which means slavery.
If we cannot verify and self-police a system of constitutional loyalty and trust among our ranks, how will the public rally around the constitution and a more trustworthy system?
If FLD can help little people like me frame I think, 3 basic questions I think, to demand answers from them, wherever their name is mentioned, it would be helpful.
Authority of logo and fundraising use, bank authority, and another question tied to payroll authority.
They should be hounded because these are serious questions, in a time when the constitution deserves the people's loyalty and the people need its authority. If they understand the seriousness of this they will know why they are hounded. They should offer something substantial that does not hurt their court cases. The sheriff could really be trying to protect the goods as he claims. That is an online form that allows anyone to file a report, even me, about anything, and I'm not involved.. Is the Victim also Front Line? If the money was stolen by front line, then why is the esq. for Free Speech filing the report? Is she FrontLine's mouthpiece? It is curious because it seems that this report is being generated by someone attempting to manufacture a criminal action when the real issue is civil. Sheriff Mack did not rob that bank. He utilized the bank to access monies that he manifestly had access to. FrontLine should have removed him from the account, they were negligent, and all he has to say is, "I believed the money was due to me. The bank let me have it, therefore I assumed it was authorized." It is a civil matter., nothing more. Sheriff Mack won't see a prosecutor, they will reject the case. And, yes, at first this was a civil action.... but once Mack was removed from the board and monies not returned it became criminal. I'm only on page (3) and can see that AFLDS has serious internal friction and unresolved issues pertaining to monies allocated to several parties. The list of characters and their positions within the org, will take time to fully assimilate. As for Gold's purported misuse of AFDLS funds used to purchase a home--this is disputed in the bottom paragraph on pg (4)--and it is indicated that the Board approved the purchase of the home as an office/HQ for AFDLS. As of now I'm only on the first few pages, and it appears there is friction and unresolved communication issues within the org's Board. I might presume that the breakdown of internal management has led to a variety of accusations and resentments along the way. Seems like a good L.A. Law script! I'll continue to review this over the next couple of days as time allows...wonder what an attorney might see here?

Absolutely, I don't know what I don't know. It is really hard to pass judgement based upon internet documents, specifically when coming from an outfit with a dubious, questionable track record. Again, each crime has a specific set of "elements," and if even one "element" is missing then there is no crime. The first is mens rea. How do you prove that in the instant matter? The money was freely exchanged, tacit bank approval, there was no forgery, no flight, no mentioned acts that would constitute "consciousness of guilt," so based upon the "evidence" I have seen, a computer report, self generated, I would decline to charge Sheriff Mack criminally. Civil is another matter. Unless a real live person can attest to Sheriff Mack being "informed" or produce a writing endorsed by the Sheriff, of his "knowledge," mens rea, that the account was off limits, its just a civil matter no matter how they try to gussy up, a crime. Additionally, the "report" is different in that it has no detail statement, just codes cited. There is no statement from the victim on the report. That is telling.

Nonetheless, I appreciated Dr Gold's position as a whistleblower during the height of the scamdemic. I choose not to believe that she was using the CV-19 scam/scare merely as a means to pad her bank account. Perhaps she created a similar sounding name for the new org so that she could use her name brand and remain familiar? Many angles involved when marketing. With such a great emergency are all those people even aware they resigned, removed Mack or became new board members on that very same day? Worst case, I believe that Gilbert resigned suddenly. There are many red flag with this. I would have to see a copy of an arrest warrant, booking sheet, charging complaint, summons, citation or some other indicia from an actual "Court" in order to make a rational, pragmatic, and logical conclusion as to Sheriff Macks alleged improprieties. I just have seen it yet.
It starts with a police report. AFLDS reps are telling you they filed this police report and they are offering a copy to the public as to what they filed. Why would they tell you they filed the police report but not actually file it? You're confusing the filing of a police report with a court docket (not started yet from my search) or a guilty verdict.
The report is a template, that anyone could file, even me. I could fill it out, screen shot it and delete it. Again, it appears that, for whatever reason, the ACTUAL facts are eluding us. As a former legal investigator I need to see more. Truth, pragmatically, backed by empirical evidence, is what we need to have, not a mish mash of dubious documents, hearsay, 3rd party, inadmissible, possibly contrived discovery documents generated by interested parties. We need impartiality in order to come to a logical, actionable in court, conclusion. If he is guilty of a crime, like everyone else he should be punished, right? Let's get the evidence, if it exists.

No, you're not getting clarity here at all. Free Speech Foundation is the original legal entity for AFLDS, a non-profit organization. Nonprofits have specific rules and regulations they have to follow regarding financial reporting, donations, and payment to board members/employees. Simone Gold no longer is a part of this entity but claims to still be running it when she's not, and using these false claims to continue to generate donations. Therefore, she is the one doing the "fleecing" here.
In contrast, James O'Keefe left Project Veritas, did not argue that he still owned the nonprofit or its trademarks, and has since set up his own for-profit media company with a new name that he can retain control over. There is no purposeful brand confusion between Project Veritas (the original nonprofit) and the new O'Keefe Media Group. O'Keefe handled his situation properly, whereas Simone Gold has acted fraudulently, and as a lawyer, she ought to know better.

Both have been filed. Per LE's suggestion, if Mack did not return the money they were to file (yes, online) a criminal file. He was removed from the board, he didn't return the money and the criminals complaint filed.

I'm probably spending too much time in your comments right now, but a good number of them are extremely frustrating. We apparently have a lot of super naïve people who are easily taken in by charismatic leaders, and with the right mix of fear porn and hopium, a lot of bad actors seem to have stepped up to the forefront as the untouchable alt-media celebrities. I'm Iooking forward to a review of the minutes! I've worked as a board member for a couple of non profits and (especially if smaller orgs) simple details-- like minutiae required by the state, and the protocols required in order to maintain the 501(c)3 status often become annoyances and unnecessary bureaucratic busy work. 'Staying on point' is the legitimate task of any worthwhile non-profit org. Due to Mack's longevity as a constitutional Sheriff and role model for sheriffs throughout the nation, too much of this smells like a witch hunt and evidence for a vendetta. We've seen too many whistleblower doctors and advocates for credible vaxx disclosure to dismiss the notion of intentional smears. Even now, the facts re adverse reactions and the mRNA damage done, is barely visible in the mainstream news cycle. We still must rely on outliers like Stew Peters or Dr Ruby to hear anything approaching truth in a realm which cultivates fiction for profit and control.
I'm sorry, I disagree. It's people like Igor Chudov and others on Substack (sorry, including myself here, but also Reinette's freind Mathew Crawford) who didn't pop up out of nowhere with glitzy tv studios and lots of media attention that are really doing the footwork. I'm on the fence about Stew but a lot of the headliners in this movement are people who are good at getting media attention and not necessarily the most sincere or best researchers. Some of the top folks also live on spewing fear porn all the time....they tend to sensationalize too much sometimes. How thoughtful and caring this concept is! I'm sorry you didn't win. We're still stuck with Nuisance! Thank you for the great reporting on so many subjects. This Sheriff Mack story is disappointing, to say the least. I wanted so much for some "Constitutional Sheriff" somewhere to slap the cuffs on any of the oppressive, self serving, greedy, double-dealing politicians or bureaucrats we have in authority. But after so much time has passed, nothing like that has happened. I am disappointed, disillusioned and apprehensive for what the future holds for our nation. Barbara, I'm right there with you.... there has been a lot of disappointment over the last three years and a lot of empty promises. At some point, I feel it will ultimately get to a point where the law will not serve us or our rights, and it will be a massive outbreak in the streets, and our representatives running for their lives. I don't want that. I have been doing what I can in my little way to prevent this, but what we are seeing happen in France and other nations is certainly coming our way.
Reinette, How many newly elected representatives, having won their elections by promising to be "the voice of the people" end up never speaking out for their constituents? It happens all the time. Kevin Jenkins is not honest about what happened in the AZ case. The judge came down hard on both sides of the legal battle and was openly talking about appointing a receiver because both sides behaved badly.
(28:40) Kevin Jenkins is saying that "Joey was a good guy". --> If you read the judgement in the AZ case, it's clearly that Joey did things that a good guy would not do. He helped Simone buy the $3.6M home for her to live in.
Kevin is aware of the AZ decision. This is why he and the Oversight Committee was recommending they step down. But Gilbert agreed they needed a new board in order to get on the right track and go after Simone. This has been a laborious process.
This issue is vital relative to the economic reset, you are planning to report more on Rienette. You identify a short timeline for an economic reset. The first goal for the system is to hold loyalty to it, in spite of what it does before or after reset, by increasing fear and mistrust in each other. You trust the enemy you know, not the enemy you don't know.
Sheriff Mack represents trust in local power, under the constitutional system, with local power coming from the county level. County laws and selective sheriff enforcement overrode state ordinances during lockdowns and states give authority to the federal government, which has authority over the banking system. And as we know and learn better how to make our constitutional system functional, we can use local power projected through county politics to even seize property, held by criminals, global or otherwise, in any reset. People like me look for people in the county seats of authority who realize this and are positioning with people like health rights organizations, to find real criminals and enforce the constitution. Establishing authority now.
Sheriff Mack represents a critical piece of trust essential machinery at the county level. A piece we must trust to build into the real constitutional system, frontline doctors, Reinette and others realize must be made trustworthy to replace globalism as a trusted authority in the face of a reset to a social credit system of trust which means slavery.
If we cannot verify and self-police a system of constitutional loyalty and trust among our ranks, how will the public rally around the constitution and a more trustworthy system?
If FLD can help little people like me frame I think, 3 basic questions I think, to demand answers from them, wherever their name is mentioned, it would be helpful.
Authority of logo and fundraising use, bank authority, and another question tied to payroll authority.
They should be hounded because these are serious questions, in a time when the constitution deserves the people's loyalty and the people need its authority. If they understand the seriousness of this they will know why they are hounded. They should offer something substantial that does not hurt their court cases. But they should be asked always and they should welcome an opportunity to establish trust it in some genuine form.
The sheriff could really be trying to protect the goods as he claims. Or he may be a player in the system, being used through greed or otherwise to increase mistrust in ourselves to protect the Constitution and contribute to establishing it's authority as a trusted source of survival, outside of the new social credit system.

What the county sheriffs and judges did and did not do during lockdowns indicates demarcations of power in the system. Many lawmen did not enforce various public lockdown standards in public places and even restaurants. that was their main resistance line. There are reasons for court systems, "presumed innocent until proven guilty", facts presented as evidence for review, opportunity to face your accusers, etc.
Trial by media has almost none of these.

I am so sorry you have been attacked by anyone for doing what is RIGHT and I have to say, having known Sheriff Mack, when I met him, he stood with ALL who stood for truth, freedom and liberty and rightrousness. I am sad that somehow, he is involved in this crime, and I hope that there is a good explanation that is in alignment with the man I knew when I became a lifetime member of his worthy organization.
