In 2007-2008 a citizens' uprising in CA stopped the aerial spraying for the light brown apple moth (LBAM). Our attorneys used CEQA (CA Environmental Quiality Act) in court. This is, of course, applicable just to CA, but may be helpful info to your team. I also suggest looking at RFK Jr's successful environmental lawsuits by his organization "River Keepers," mostly, I believe, filed in the eastern, maybe northeastern, part of the U. S. I've been traveling in Mexico and the US since January and the aerosolized discharges are extremely prolific in our sierra foothills compared to anywhere I've been.
And yes, this is a huge public health education awareness opportunity.
We won the first case in Hawaii's environmental court (the second environmental court in our country) against Hawaii department of health, for issuing sugar cane burning permits to HC&S, in violation of our state constitution.

I was amazed at what I heard, oh yeah, they have beed seeding the clouds for rain. Really no, they have not. I got some statick about it and that it was a conspiracy theory and all the other garbage people are just blind I have a lot of pictures and I can't believe that they never saw any of that I didn't even really realize it till last October that's like what are the element oh no they're not. So yeah I've been watching geoengineering watch and just kind of keeping an eye out on some of these clouds and what they are and trying to learn about it and share with people when I see them up there I said you see that stuff up there that's just not for our health you know and they look up they go yeah like it's no big deal because they don't feel it though anyway I'm doing my best I'm not very well so I'm trying as hard as I can good luck and thank you.
My question is this...even if there is a court order to stop the spraying...how in the world would that be monitored. I'm guessing heat seeking missels would be frowned upon.

The commitment of you and Deana is truly unique and commendable. As you mentioned, this crime is happening all over the world across national borders and jurisdictions. Even if a U.S. court bans this spraying, how is this regulation enforced? Is there any way to assess or monitor this aerial spraying? The answer is NO. To prevent these spraying machines, usually disguised as commercial aircraft, from being loaded with new toxins, the supply points at airports would have to be de-cloaked and drained. The same applies to the manufacturers, suppliers and supply routes of these poisons.
Most importantly, all of these converted spraying planes are in the air illegally because no Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) mentions that these planes have such modifications.

I think keep to the spraying issue and not the climate in general. I have been following another climate argument that these big Pacific storm are coming not from HARP exactly but the cooling of the North Pacific, due to a regular 230 year cycle. But these cloud seeidng, spraying things are local and deadly and the motive may to influence local weather---to keep rain or maybe make rain worse... not sure. But we don't want to fall for a well planned psycho operation that they are more powerful than they really are--they are not master magicians that can turn the Pacific Ocean cold--which is what is happening. They are basically language magicians. So. right to stick to what is visible and knowable, the deadly spraying
