If you let it.. so turn off the tv. Get outside if you have fresh air.. call in all four corners of the universe.. express sorrow, and awe as we awaken. As nasty as the nightmare is , there is beauty everywhere., and focusing on the light enhances our awareness.. we are not in denial, we have an inkling on how to reorganize.

What an Angel you are. The grief and trauma I have is emotional. The level of grief and trauma of others is muti dimensional. The terror of having oneтАЩs home and all creature comforts destroyed .. I donтАЩt know what I donтАЩt know. Our families and friends will never be the same. There is a collective ptsd from fire ЁЯФе victims in the recent years. This is a silent epidemic. ЁЯТФЁЯТФЁЯТФ

Same here. I lived in West LA for 8 years, went rollerblading a lot along the Santa Monica/Venice beach, spent lots of time with friends in Malibu. Like Lahaina, their community is gone.
