Have a plan. Start a paper list, RIGHT NOW, of what you would grab if you only had 1 hour or less to go. Make the list while you are calm, because when stressed or scared you will forget stuff. Have a few escape routes. Keep water, first aid, blankets, walking shoes and rations in a duffle bag in the vehicle at all times. Keep the gas tank always full and no less than half. Be prepared, "nobody is coming to save you." L.A. ran out of water to fight the fires.........WTF?

It's amazing how many apparently "intelligent" people say things like, "It's either arson or mother nature. I don't want to hear anything else." The arsonist/fire mantra has become parallel to the "Islamic terrorist" trope for every (most likely false flag) "extreme political" event. Maybe they'll find an undamaged "Isis diary" either in the ashes of Pacific Palisades or on one of the "criminal" looters that gets arrested.
