Most of them didn't have any water. I have friends in Malibu whose home was spared, no power, no water, no gas. Living in the dark ages. No idea when any of this will be restored.
IтАЩm sorry to say but may never be restored! I chatted with someone on FB who lost his home years ago, they have never made any effort to pay the insurance or anything to rebuild it! They donтАЩt want them rebuilt! They are pushing for the Smart Cities by 2028 (Agenda 2030) before the Olympics!!
