So, I have heard this twice, once, a couple yrs. ago in Tucson from a GasMart owner who was also awake (us woo-woo folks;-) who had a friend worked on the towers said he installed a component marked CV-19 and recently I read the same with photos of this component (requency modulator?) aaaand someone opened a street light pole box in a large city showing a switch marked Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta......! You realize street lights are weoponized right? I've always remarked "If I were Dr. Evil, this is how I would do it" BTW, I would love to share this PDF I've mostly been sitting on . I understand not wishing to share e-mail addy. in your position however. ProtonMail is encrypted and the most secure with Proton to Proton e-mailing.
I think it would be wise to understand nothing anymore is fully encrypted or completely secure , we must assume all is being watched , and listened to , so we should use this to our advantage
