Ahead of the Oct. 4 date, I communicated with no one I knew about the 'event,' online or otherwise. Yeah, I had misgivings about the concept that an announced pulsing of the grid was really how things would play out. But more to the point, during the weeks prior to Oct. 4, I was noticing HUGE emf interference in my environment at levels that were unprecedented in my experience. (And I do not own a not-very-smart-to-be-using, so-called 'smart'-phone, never installed wifi, can't stand it whenever I have been exposed to that filth via other people's setups...the list goes on.)
I've been against mass irradiation (nonionizing or otherwise) since the Telecom Act of '96. Back then it was already impossible to get most people to care.
Brek, there has definitely been a big uptick I'm RF. I can now point down to the ground with my EMF meter and get a reading... How is it that it is even coming from the ground?
I can feel it too. I lived under a cell tower and developed neurological illness that was life threatening. I was coming and going from the environment and was able to connect the many dots. My children's pillows were in high red zones at the point when we moved. Also, I'd like to bring up: I am against the term 'hypersensitive.' We would never label arsenic poisoning 'arsenic hypersensitivity.' The label is industrial and purposefully puts the problem on the poisoned person. The result of this label is that everybody else without the label feels they are not at risk. It is very clever, effective and sinister. I would like to hear if you have an opinion about this.
I never thought about (or used) the hypersensitive label, till mere hours before your comment. It does strike as problematic for all the reasons you bring up.

The film paints a picture of a slow-cook 'death' (disability no doubt leading to premature death) over time from emf exposure but in a narrow way, as though it's only the person with the label EHS who is being harmed and everyone else is free to go about their merry way, none the wiser. It is also a bizarre victimhood stance that is being perpetuated.
I'd always viewed this ability to tell that emfs are a problem as electrosensitivity, meaning some of us are more sensitive than others. In this way, I would view electrosensitivity as a benefit.
Gro Harlem Brundtland, former Director-General of WHO (1998 to 2003) and Norway's first female Prime Minister, is mentioned at this link (related to the film) as having developed Electrohypersensitivity (EHS).
Is the use of the hypersensitive label meant to effectively neuter our calls for action?

Both interviewee and interviewer persist in using the term EHS, while some of the live comments read off by the interviewer rightly take exception to the "H" in the term and call out sensitivity as the important aspect.
One thing I learned from the interview is that WHO is treating this as a mental health issue.

Ive studied Asian culture, science and spirituality for many decades now. The “answer” to how to achieve happiness and stay sane is what they call “the middle path”, ie not getting lost in anything so completely that you become consumed by it. That can occur on any level even on the “spiritual” level when people “renounce the things of this world”. We have not been given life to lock ourselves up in a cave and spend all day dressed in rags “praying” either, in my opinion! The last Buddha learned that and then taught that as the way to find the “correct path” to achieve true spiritual and physical union in life. The great books and teachings of the world also show us that evil has always existed and that while we certainly should oppose it, its neither necessary nor desirable to obsess about it 24/7 for in the constant “tuning into” the evil we can become “one with it” dragging us down to that level too! Many good people when confronted with the levels of evil revealed to the World over the last 3 years are simply incapable of believing that it really exists and that they were taken in by it. Sometimes, after final acceptance of it, some become obsessed with defeating it and feel they must fight back on the same level using the same tactics and over time become bitter and disillusioned. I think What we are trying to do is to preserve the good and the beautiful, and I believe its important to trust that most humans are kind and loving and overall much more good than bad and in the end will always follow the path of love… if they can find it. Fear, of course, like the fear porn promoted 24/7 by the evil doers and those who were consumed by it during the plandemic, is designed to panic people in order to override critical thinking and stampede and corral them. Our minds are like giant radio tuners that “tune into” any frequency or thought we focus on and constant “tuning into” the fear drove many people over the edge! We choose moment by moment what plane to exist in by focusing and we must choose carefully not to spend too much time living in the world of the demon, represented by fear. Decades ago Marianne Williamson, in the Course in Miracles said “You cannot be in a state of fear and love at the same time!” Fear cancels out love…and those who spread fear with HOPLESSNESS for a living are not on the side I want to spend much time in.. the Universe is Balance. Well written. Fear is not a state you should be living in. The movement I find has been hijacked and just bombards us with nothing but fear. No different than the "fake" media does about other things. I think parts of it are controlled opposition to see how many fall for it and be confused. They also thrive on the negative vibes we put out. When people say stop watching main media, I say the other side is just as bad if not worse at times. For over 3 years I have tried to tell people that we are not going to do anything about this if we keep falling for the distractions. The globalists are decades ahead of us and very organized. Minkat, this is why I can't listen to so many of the "truthers" who have a larger audience. I can feel my blood pressure go up. When they are done with their "piece," some of them make me want to cut my wrists; the doom and gloom is overwhelming. I don't believe we are in this fight to lose. We are in this fight to win and transcend.
That's why it's important to do one thing, even small, in the quest for justice every day. i.e. call the governor's office in protest, or turn a citizen on to the multiple resistance groups in your local area. In 2020 I started watching videos on Brighteon, and listening to Mike Adams updates. After a while it became clear that it was almost all fear propaganda designed to stress you out. He makes a lot of predictions that never came true. His 'good friends', e.g. Steve Quayle, similarly making predictions that didn't come true, speculation, "I've been told by a secret military source that is in a position to know" - that one really gets me. And all the time pushing very expensive 'solutions' to help you survive the impending disaster du jour.
As per usual there was some truth in some of what MA said, he sometimes made some good points. But I noticed that besides his updates increasingly stressing me out, that he was promoting people like David Wilcock as if he was some prophet who was speaking the truth, he promoted his 'good friend' Alex Jones, and some couple who appeared really dodgy when they interviewed him and sold something like an expensive course on miraculous water. They wouldn't give any details on it, but they talked it up with incredible stories that you would want to be true. And MA totally believed it, before he had even done the course to see for himself he started promoting it with his affiliate link. I did a bit of research on them (and I mean really a tiny bit) and found lots of stuff claiming it to be a scam, dissatisfied customers, etc. MA totally fell for it. That's when I realized that he does not have good discernment, not at all.
A guy I do some work for told me he was listening to MA updates and it was really stressing him out. I told him, "just stop listening to them". It kind of took him aback, and he started kind of justifying why he needed to listen to them. I said to him, if it stresses you out, stop listening to them. Has you heard him make even one prediction that has happened? Because he did have short time lines on his predictions. The guy I work with, after pushing back a little trying to justify why he had to keep listening, did see that what I said made sense and he did stop listening at some point after that. Maybe not right away, but he did stop. And nothing bad happened.
I learned a lot from that whole experience and honed my discernment a lot too. I would guess that almost all if not all of us here have massively upped our skills at discernment, critical thinking, questioning things, seeing through the lies and spotting the liars, etc in these past 3 years. I know I have.
You are spot on, honing one's discernment. THIS is what we all have and it's time we exercise that muscle. It's the only thing we really have that we can trust.
I agree with you. Mike Adams is not to be trusted...then there's his profiteering and that's a big red flag also in most of these pundits. There's not many people to trust online or the media in general and what you said about using your discernment, and what I would say using coherent native intelligence is the right way to go.
Agreed. "By their fruits you shall know them", Matthew 7:16, 20 is still the best advice. Those who make precise temporal predictions must be correct or they are untrustworthy. When someone has been wrong repeatedly, they are CI/CO/LHO in my experience.
No -- you are not in the wrong place! There is a huge diversity of thought on The Foghorn Express, and that is exactly why you should stay. I have concluded that even those who are potentially paid opposition, even profiteering patriots, and even the 'conspiracy' theorists (that may be correct but have no evidence) are helping to grow the resitance, bit by bit. But long-term exposure to any of the resistant ideologies is really stress inducing. I have turned off most of it, including Brighteon, including CHD (which I support) and even some of the smaller groups and individuals I support financially. Those who are not talking about chemical poisoning, radiation poisoning, germ v terrain and geo-engineering are perhaps helping to grow awareness about a particular slice, but these efforts will not be the ones to move the resistance needle in meaningful ways. In my opinion, truth without mention of poisoning is partial truth.

Me too. The other two main things that I believe have helped me are 1) grounding -- barefoot outside, preferably. The movie "Earthing' is available free and explains the phenomena, which is really just basic science that has been suppressed since the emergence of rubber-soled shoes. Basically, connection to the earth (in a literal sense) lessons inflammation. I have read the research articles and the evidence is clear. And 2) turning off the breaker that supplies electricity to my bedroom. The alternating current in the wire(s) in the wall within a foot of your pillow is sending dirty electricity your way. Even when everything is turned off. There is no cost associated with these changes, and the yrepresent mitigation that lessons overall exposure to known harms.
So you're saying you can get rid of the dirty electricity in a room by flipping the circuit breaker off that controls that room? Have you checked it with an EMF meter? Is there any other way to deal with it? For example, I recall Debra Tavares mentioning a system that could be installed to rid the entire house of dirty electricity.

They are expensive, so I opted to turn off the breaker in my bedroom. I think you are correct -- there is a product for whole-house and I seem to remember something special about homes with solar panels. A typical EMF meter will not detect this type -- a microsurge meter is used to test outlets, which is associated with the amount of dirty e coming into the space. My partner had an electrician install a device that turns off the electricity in her bedroom at night. She hits a remote and turns it off. She installed this because the circuit breaker is two stories below the bedroom. My circuit breaker is close by, so I just turn it off at night and get the best nights of sleep.

And now with wifi in every new LED streetlight (so they can send back the survelliance data they have collected), they have upped the amount of wifi hugely. I live in an area where everyone who has been for a while knows about black mold and how dangerous to the health it is... it grows here easily. When I tell people that studies have shown that wifi turbo charges the growth of mold, most people look at me like they cannot comprehend what I have just said. I really can't understand what is wrong with people. The people I tell this to generally are not stupid people.
I have talked about the dangers of WIFI to people who were smart enough to not get the experimental injections, and they will listen to me but then, change nothing. The next time I talk to them about it, they act like they have never heard anything about this before. It's like they have amnesia.
I have told people to at least turn off their wifi modems overnight when they are sleeping, and if they can't figure out how to turn it off, unplug it. Some people think that if you turn it off you will break it and it won't work again, they either say, "can you do that and it still works when you turn it back on?" It's not at all uncommon for the power in our area to go out completely. Their modem still works and their computer/phone still connects once the power comes back on. They can't put 2 and 2 together.
Others tell me that you can't do that (turn the modem off)... I would tell them I unplugged my modem every night and when I went out (so it wouldn't be zapping my dogs). Eventually I got the adapters and cables and plugged everything into ethernet, turned the wifi off completely, and still unplugged the modem every night after I finished with my computer. That was years ago, and I have wired my devices ever since, with 3 different modems from different services. I paid extra for an overly expensive modem I was forced to use by one service in order to get a model that would allow me to turn the wifi off.
I have a friend and ex-neighbor who's husband had dementia, and she wanted to try to help him. I told her to turn off their wifi modem at night, just unplug it, or even put one of those automatic timer things that plugs into the wall and you plug appliances into it, that will turn the power on and off at specific times if she couldn't remember to do it. The modem was on a desk in their bedroom on his side of the bed at nearly head height. That thing beaming wifi signals into his brain all night every night certainly was not helping him. I could pick up their wifi signal in my house, so I can definitely say that she never turned the wifi off.
Yes, mold is turbocharged by EMFs. I actually plan on doing a piece on this, too. Growing up, I rarely heard about black mold in homes and people/pets getting sick from it. My cats and I almost died from black mold about six years ago. We were only 500 ft from a cell tower. I didn't know if my cats were going to get out alive from that place. Now I know why it exploded; we were close to a cell tower. And now, with all of these wireless devices in our homes, we don't need to be next to a tower to kick up the growth of mold.

Reinette, I had a thought to help with this if these studies are published available online. I often use the 'google lens' tool with a photograph taken to ease workload-The tool has a swift 'text search' feature that you can use to find the item/word string, etc online. It can quickly launch to the website, then you'll have the electronic source quickly. The tool is not perfect, but it may be useful (yes, I know google is nefarious, and I don't use Chrome, or search with it otherwise, but wanted to suggest this in case it is useful). As an example, you can snap a photo of the title/journal/pub info on the page, then use lens on that picture to select the text, hit search (or copy and paste into duck duck go like I do), and it should easily pull the online link of each study. Then you can c and p the link into a collated document for reference. Hope this is useful. (It would be great if Sage could have an 'online binder' e version.) With that in mind, I'm posting the following, because I like VA Shiva's explanation (video below) of "systems resiliency" where, for example, our human bodies might be bombarded by potentially injurious substances, but still be able to recover. I believe we should keep this in mind, while we are currently definitely being bombarded.
Here's a video, which I think you will find very interesting, where VA Shiva (the guy who, at age 14, invented email) is supposed to discuss systems soil biology with an woman named "DJ Swan". Shiva starts by explaining systems science which he taught at MIT and relating it to current real world issues.

Thank you for sharing this. I was secretly fishing for anecdotal stories around this topic. Interestingly, about 1 or 2 days before Oct 4 we had massive spraying here in LA.
Ahead of the Oct. 4 date, I communicated with no one I knew about the 'event,' online or otherwise. Yeah, I had misgivings about the concept that an announced pulsing of the grid was really how things would play out. I can feel it too. I lived under a cell tower and developed neurological illness that was life threatening. I was coming and going from the environment and was able to connect the many dots. My children's pillows were in high red zones at the point when we moved. Also, I'd like to bring up: I am against the term 'hypersensitive.' We would never label arsenic poisoning 'arsenic hypersensitivity.' The label is industrial and purposefully puts the problem on the poisoned person. The result of this label is that everybody else without the label feels they are not at risk. It is very clever, effective and sinister. I would like to hear if you have an opinion about this.

The film paints a picture of a slow-cook 'death' (disability no doubt leading to premature death) over time from emf exposure but in a narrow way, as though it's only the person with the label EHS who is being harmed and everyone else is free to go about their merry way, none the wiser. It is also a bizarre victimhood stance that is being perpetuated.
I'd always viewed this ability to tell that emfs are a problem as electrosensitivity, meaning some of us are more sensitive than others. In this way, I would view electrosensitivity as a benefit.

Both interviewee and interviewer persist in using the term EHS, while some of the live comments read off by the interviewer rightly take exception to the "H" in the term and call out sensitivity as the important aspect.
One thing I learned from the interview is that WHO is treating this as a mental health issue.

Ive studied Asian culture, science and spirituality for many decades now. The “answer” to how to achieve happiness and stay sane is what they call “the middle path”, ie not getting lost in anything so completely that you become consumed by it. That can occur on any level even on the “spiritual” level when people “renounce the things of this world”. We have not been given life to lock ourselves up in a cave and spend all day dressed in rags “praying” either, in my opinion! The last Buddha learned that and then taught that as the way to find the “correct path” to achieve true spiritual and physical union in life. The great books and teachings of the world also show us that evil has always existed and that while we certainly should oppose it, its neither necessary nor desirable to obsess about it 24/7 for in the constant “tuning into” the evil we can become “one with it” dragging us down to that level too! Many good people when confronted with the levels of evil revealed to the World over the last 3 years are simply incapable of believing that it really exists and that they were taken in by it. Sometimes, after final acceptance of it, some become obsessed with defeating it and feel they must fight back on the same level using the same tactics and over time become bitter and disillusioned. I think What we are trying to do is to preserve the good and the beautiful, and I believe its important to trust that most humans are kind and loving and overall much more good than bad and in the end will always follow the path of love… if they can find it. Well written. Fear is not a state you should be living in. The movement I find has been hijacked and just bombards us with nothing but fear. No different than the "fake" media does about other things. I think parts of it are controlled opposition to see how many fall for it and be confused. Minkat, this is why I can't listen to so many of the "truthers" who have a larger audience. I can feel my blood pressure go up. When they are done with their "piece," some of them make me want to cut my wrists; the doom and gloom is overwhelming. I don't believe we are in this fight to lose. We are in this fight to win and transcend.
That's why it's important to do one thing, even small, in the quest for justice every day. i.e. call the governor's office in protest, or turn a citizen on to the multiple resistance groups in your local area. In 2020 I started watching videos on Brighteon, and listening to Mike Adams updates. After a while it became clear that it was almost all fear propaganda designed to stress you out. He makes a lot of predictions that never came true. His 'good friends', e.g. Steve Quayle, similarly making predictions that didn't come true, speculation, "I've been told by a secret military source that is in a position to know" - that one really gets me. And all the time pushing very expensive 'solutions' to help you survive the impending disaster du jour.
As per usual there was some truth in some of what MA said, he sometimes made some good points. But I noticed that besides his updates increasingly stressing me out, that he was promoting people like David Wilcock as if he was some prophet who was speaking the truth, he promoted his 'good friend' Alex Jones, and some couple who appeared really dodgy when they interviewed him and sold something like an expensive course on miraculous water. They wouldn't give any details on it, but they talked it up with incredible stories that you would want to be true. And MA totally believed it, before he had even done the course to see for himself he started promoting it with his affiliate link. I did a bit of research on them (and I mean really a tiny bit) and found lots of stuff claiming it to be a scam, dissatisfied customers, etc. MA totally fell for it. That's when I realized that he does not have good discernment, not at all.
A guy I do some work for told me he was listening to MA updates and it was really stressing him out. I told him, "just stop listening to them". It kind of took him aback, and he started kind of justifying why he needed to listen to them. I said to him, if it stresses you out, stop listening to them. Has you heard him make even one prediction that has happened? Because he did have short time lines on his predictions. The guy I work with, after pushing back a little trying to justify why he had to keep listening, did see that what I said made sense and he did stop listening at some point after that. Maybe not right away, but he did stop. And nothing bad happened.
I learned a lot from that whole experience and honed my discernment a lot too. I would guess that almost all if not all of us here have massively upped our skills at discernment, critical thinking, questioning things, seeing through the lies and spotting the liars, etc in these past 3 years. I know I have.
You are spot on, honing one's discernment. THIS is what we all have and it's time we exercise that muscle. It's the only thing we really have that we can trust.

No -- you are not in the wrong place! There is a huge diversity of thought on The Foghorn Express, and that is exactly why you should stay. I have concluded that even those who are potentially paid opposition, even profiteering patriots, and even the 'conspiracy' theorists (that may be correct but have no evidence) are helping to grow the resitance, bit by bit. But long-term exposure to any of the resistant ideologies is really stress inducing. Me too. The other two main things that I believe have helped me are 1) grounding -- barefoot outside, preferably. The movie "Earthing' is available free and explains the phenomena, which is really just basic science that has been suppressed since the emergence of rubber-soled shoes. Basically, connection to the earth (in a literal sense) lessons inflammation. I have read the research articles and the evidence is clear. And 2) turning off the breaker that supplies electricity to my bedroom. The alternating current in the wire(s) in the wall within a foot of your pillow is sending dirty electricity your way. Even when everything is turned off. There is no cost associated with these changes, and the yrepresent mitigation that lessons overall exposure to known harms.

They are expensive, so I opted to turn off the breaker in my bedroom. I think you are correct -- there is a product for whole-house and I seem to remember something special about homes with solar panels. A typical EMF meter will not detect this type -- a microsurge meter is used to test outlets, which is associated with the amount of dirty e coming into the space. The book is an unbelieve account of a lifetime of measuring, writing up research papers, and being ignored. (Which is pretty much the definition of modern epidemiology.) My partner had an electrician install a device that turns off the electricity in her bedroom at night. She hits a remote and turns it off. She installed this because the circuit breaker is two stories below the bedroom. My circuit breaker is close by, so I just turn it off at night and get the best nights of sleep.

Reinette, I agree it IS a problem, having a sea of EMF, waves of energy and particles going in us around us and thru us, microwaves and radiation along with whatever they have not informed us about. So, that said, my solution is spiritual, because nothing else, for me has worked, except to focus on my health at every turn and my frequency so it gets ever higher and higher. I am listening to my intuition and inner connection to Source, and striving to connect to humanity, the elemental kingdom and Mother Earth. AND I believe nothing can touch me without my consent! There is no way to find a solution to the problem in the same energy in which it was created. And now with wifi in every new LED streetlight (so they can send back the survelliance data they have collected), they have upped the amount of wifi hugely. I live in an area where everyone who has been for a while knows about black mold and how dangerous to the health it is... it grows here easily. When I tell people that studies have shown that wifi turbo charges the growth of mold, most people look at me like they cannot comprehend what I have just said. I really can't understand what is wrong with people. The people I tell this to generally are not stupid people.
I have talked about the dangers of WIFI to people who were smart enough to not get the experimental injections, and they will listen to me but then, change nothing. The next time I talk to them about it, they act like they have never heard anything about this before. It's like they have amnesia.
I have told people to at least turn off their wifi modems overnight when they are sleeping, and if they can't figure out how to turn it off, unplug it. Some people think that if you turn it off you will break it and it won't work again, they either say, "can you do that and it still works when you turn it back on?" It's not at all uncommon for the power in our area to go out completely. Their modem still works and their computer/phone still connects once the power comes back on. They can't put 2 and 2 together.
Others tell me that you can't do that (turn the modem off)... I would tell them I unplugged my modem every night and when I went out (so it wouldn't be zapping my dogs). Eventually I got the adapters and cables and plugged everything into ethernet, turned the wifi off completely, and still unplugged the modem every night after I finished with my computer. That was years ago, and I have wired my devices ever since, with 3 different modems from different services. I paid extra for an overly expensive modem I was forced to use by one service in order to get a model that would allow me to turn the wifi off.
I have a friend and ex-neighbor who's husband had dementia, and she wanted to try to help him. I told her to turn off their wifi modem at night, just unplug it, or even put one of those automatic timer things that plugs into the wall and you plug appliances into it, that will turn the power on and off at specific times if she couldn't remember to do it. The modem was on a desk in their bedroom on his side of the bed at nearly head height. That thing beaming wifi signals into his brain all night every night certainly was not helping him. I could pick up their wifi signal in my house, so I can definitely say that she never turned the wifi off.
Yes, mold is turbocharged by EMFs. I actually plan on doing a piece on this, too. Growing up, I rarely heard about black mold in homes and people/pets getting sick from it. My cats and I almost died from black mold about six years ago. We were only 500 ft from a cell tower. I didn't know if my cats were going to get out alive from that place. Now I know why it exploded; we were close to a cell tower. And now, with all of these wireless devices in our homes, we don't need to be next to a tower to kick up the growth of mold.

Reinette, I had a thought to help with this if these studies are published available online. I often use the 'google lens' tool with a photograph taken to ease workload-The tool has a swift 'text search' feature that you can use to find the item/word string, etc online. It can quickly launch to the website, then you'll have the electronic source quickly. The tool is not perfect, but it may be useful (yes, I know google is nefarious, and I don't use Chrome, or search with it otherwise, but wanted to suggest this in case it is useful). As an example, you can snap a photo of the title/journal/pub info on the page, then use lens on that picture to select the text, hit search (or copy and paste into duck duck go like I do), and it should easily pull the online link of each study. Then you can c and p the link into a collated document for reference. Hope this is useful. (It would be great if Sage could have an 'online binder' e version.) With that in mind, I'm posting the following, because I like VA Shiva's explanation (video below) of "systems resiliency" where, for example, our human bodies might be bombarded by potentially injurious substances, but still be able to recover. I believe we should keep this in mind, while we are currently definitely being bombarded.

Shiva starts by explaining systems science which he taught at MIT and relating it to current real world issues.

There's an audio delay which makes for some inopportune interruptions by Swan; but, I learned enough that I'm going to look further into the systems design that Shiva taught; because, I believe, according to Shiva, we really should begin growing our own food, but we'll have to first clean up our soil since it's been contaminated.
