All, I do see that Who Gives a Crap is working diligently to remove all the PFAS from their toilet paper in the US, Australia, and the EU. They made an announcement on this in May of 2024 so keep your eyes opened to this. These are the steps they are taking right now:
Well, why don’t you call your products fluorine free publicly?
We could, but we’d rather be as transparent as possible. Below 10 ppm just isn’t good enough for us. We want to absolutely eliminate PFAS from our products. We’re on a mission to be truly – not just technically – fluorine free.
Steps we’re taking to eliminate PFAS:
We’ve taken on industry level investigations on every part of our supply chain and manufacturing process
We rigorously test raw materials, packaging inks, cardboard cores and other materials for PFAS
We’ve redeveloped our wrappers since finding minimal traces of PFAS to eliminate them entirely
We’re looking into different water sources to eliminate any trace PFAS that may be coming from groundwater
Thats OLD history. Of course they are. That' s the goal any way. Watch the movie Matrix.. just LIKE THAT. :) and those who fight to try to stay uncontaminated, connect to earth, ocean and nature ... that too is under attack. These people / entities are anti life and anti human. The carbon they want obliterated Is You.
Yes to number 2 and to number 1 they don't seem to care if they kill everything and everyone, which is why I assume this is a) alien based tech or AI and b) thoes directing it hate humanity and hate LIFE in general. And God. Yes must not forget that part. God and God's creation. I can only HOPE and PRAY the bible does hold true and that God (the man) will be coming round as Johnny Cash sang it...
Been considering the Family Cloth route for awhile now, just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I've saved pure cotton rags to use. Just stash used ones in a diaper pail then launder in hot water and reuse. Simple. If squeamish, start using the cloths for urine and stick to paper for #2 until it's second nature to use the cloths. No worse than cloth diapers for babies (or seniors.) Great preparedness item to have on hand too!
Boron is trace amounts is essential for the body. You can't worry about the nanos - they'll appropriate just about any mineral, that's also required by the human body. So feed your body but keep detoxing the bots.
yeah mate , I said 'to consider' , not 'to avoid' , Borax was heavily advertised for quite some time to ease pain in those with certain conditions by administering a spoonful to the diet , considering the skin is the second biggest organ of the human body sticking your hands in ...
To my knowledge , Boron is one of the main 'requirements' for nano to thrive , so kindly leave it up to me what I might consider an informed choice...
A well nourished body by the means of a well thriving garden (of Eden) may surprise you with it's abilities to produce what it needs - modern medicine science - we are more than remnants of a shell - Down with the bots
There are plenty of alternatives to Borax - anyway avoid most of the Borax due to heavy metal contamination
Yeah mate, my comment is not about you personally. Though I used the word 'you', it relates to a general discussion of the topic of trace amounts of boron intake which can be found in many foods that most of us probably consume - potatoes, beans, apples, milk, coffee, etc; and of course you can and will do whatever the heck you want with your body, so for sure I "kindly leave that up to you"!
No Borax Water is good for detoxing per the people who suffered from Morgellon's the first wave of the nano tech... read up on it. Borax Water helps alot... :) These nanons grab what they can. An alkalin body ph (from ingesting various things) helps stop/reduce. At this point its Mitigation and NOT elimination... because you are being CONSTANTLY reinfected from the food, the water and the air...
check out MorgellonsLive , especially The Boron Witches....
and yeah screw this , consensus at present suggests acidic levels will help eliminate though - so Nastrovje - I'm a lucky cunt out in the sticks and I have super natural helpers...
I recently cleaned out my Mother's closet and found a box full of doilies and monogrammed hankies. I recall her telling me that was all they had on the farm, and just washed and dried them after. I was considering that as a better alternative to the TP. There are chemicals in everything ... all part of the "1974 Kissinger Report" - 90% depopulation plan between 2020 and 2050!
You will love the bidet!!! We purchased one several years ago and we love ours. You will wonder how you ever got along without one. Thanks for your work Reinette. 💜
You're welcome. I know this was a departure from my kind of stories, but being pretty much everyone uses toilet paper, I knew peeps would want to know.
But is your water fluoridated? Otherwise there you go, that water is full of chemicals as well. Back in the day, you could just be a breatharian, but nowadays, you can't even do that. They talk about how much our "way of life" is so much better than the "rest" of the world, but I tell you truly, you will find cleaner, clearer, fresher water in the Caribbean and South America than here.
Fluorine, while it is not healthy, is naturally occurring in many water supplies/wells, depending on the land source. Same with arsenic, uranium, nitrate, etc.
Mamavation does amazing work, thank you for sharing this. We are in deep doo-doo if we can’t even trust toilet paper! Check out their other studies as well as Moms Across America.
Doing just that and may report on what I find. Definitely upsetting that everything around us seems to contain posion these days. We can't even wipe our bums in peace.
We had a bidet and I made my husband throw it out. I didn't like how hard it was to clean the toilet with the bidet installed, and you can give yourself an enema if you're in the habit of power-washing your behind.
Nobody knows about this before they try one of these things. We found out the hard way and I had the darndest time trying to figure out what was going on.
A simple alternative to a bidet is an inline hose with a controllable nozzle on the end, from the inflow to the toilet. Many toilets have them here in Taiwan. I think this isn’t difficult to install, and is much cheaper than a bidet.
That and a bar of soap helps me to feel clean, which I never feel if I just use toilet paper. In my home, I use a dedicated face cloth to dry myself.
What a great diversion tonight. I personally don't give a shit (no pun please) about the planet and what we may or may not be inflicting upon it but the whole climate change-save the planet routine has been proven a freaking hoax!! That said, you overlooked the possibility of not using any paper products at all for that most private of areas.....I used wet wash clothes (or wet paper towels cut in strips) and they go in the washer like a baby's cloth diaper.....you can rinse the washcloth upon use and then it hits the washer. Your mention with allergies, I am constantly looking for a cause and it may not be exclusiviely associated with TP....and its chemicals although I am glad you have pointed this out!! Thanks also for reminding me to never shake the left hand of any mideasterner if the occasion arises...LOL . I am semi- fanatic for hand washing after any foray into the public arenas especially from a gym visit, a gas station or anywhere I must touch a common instrument for payment....you'd be horrified if you saw the personal hygiene habits of most people of ANY color.
I don't believe in all those hand sanitizers either as they are most likely full of the same 'phenols you mentioned in the article.......plain old soap and water does the trick!!
I still need to suggest again that you become familiar with what Dr Bryan Ardis has found out about synthetic SNAKE/SEA SNAIL venoms in his interview with David Nino. Here's the link again if you have overlooked or missed it. Its beyond sensational what Ardis exposes......These synthetic poisons are in everything OTC in any store.....they won't list as VENOM in the ingredients obviously but some other chemical you may not be familiar with. Look up ALL chemicals listed if you do not know what they are before using them.
Thanks for this info.... I apply nicotine patches regularly because of Ardis' work. As far as "toilet clothes," I was going to suggest it, but thought it might be too much for some. I was wrong. Many on this thread are already ahead of the game and doing just that.
Reinette, your article was timely and very worthwhile, I promise. We needed to hear that someone else on the planet was suffering from annoying allergy symptoms.
Not to belabor the issue on Ardis' interview with David Nino, whatever you've heard Ardis say in the last couple of years, he comes out with even MORE in this podcast. He discusses "everyday" diseases that we have come to ACCEPT as part of life, are connected to these synthetic venoms.
I will make a point to listen to some more recent interviews. I have actually reached out to his assistant a few times asking for an interview and have never heard back. I really want to interview him.
(Some dont like David Nino but I do, however Nino is not the main attraction , Ardis is the headliner) Ardis drops more BOMBS in this one than any of his others....this is THE one to catch. I took 3 pages of notes while listening and I ordered his book to boot!) With your ability to research and DIG deep, you'll think you've found gold
Maybe this is why some of my family members have continuous coughs and sneezing - they use TP as kleenex! When you settle on a toilet bidet will you PLEASE share resources???
I installed 2 bidets from the same manufacturer, and have never regretted it. Our model came with a hot water adapter, so that once adjusted, you can get a stream of warm water (be sure to test first to avoid burns tho).
They are very easy to install. I wish I had installed them decades ago.
Tissues and toilet paper both leave a strange sensation on the skin that you can perceive right away when you blow your nose. Owning a stack of bandanas or handkerchiefs will solve your problem for decades even if you are a chronic nose-blower.
Not to mention the dyes. My ex-husband years ago, had us all change to white toilet paper due to his being allergic to the dyes. Eventually, others noticed and now we most often see white toilet paper. But what makes it white? Killing us off or making a sick for profits is the name of the game it seems. The ancients used leaves, but we can’t even trust the coating on the leaves anymore. SMDH LOL, I just had another thought about the bidet..... is the water fluoridated? And then you look at the cute little panties you pull up over your bottom. What are they made of? It becomes an entire lifestyle of avoiding products that aim to sicken you for profits. Don't get me started, this would turn into a whole newsletter. LOL
Leaves might have aluminum, other heavy metals, and chemicals these days. I would seriously encourage a bidet and cloth for #1s, per the suggestions of some of the commenters!
And make sure it's 100% organic cotton, because cotton these days is GMO and mixed with synthetics ie., plastics. I'm a seamstress and back in the day cotton would burn, nowadays it has a melting aspect to it.
It's the test I always use when purchasing so-called 100% cotton fabric. Just cut a small piece of the hanky, place it on a non-flammable surface and watch it burn. It should turn to ash if it is 100% cotton. If there is any residue left or it appears to be melting, then you will know that it has polyester in it. So much for regulatory agencies. It may say 100% cotton but that could mean 96%, just enough to pass the smell test. LOL.
An old friend of mine would break out in a rash and itch all over when she entered a fabric store. She told me that they use some type of chemical to take out the wrinkles from the fabric. She warned me that I should wash any fabric I purchase before sewing it. She gave me the answer to a question I always had. That question was, "why does my face itch every time I sew?" That was my body's allergic reaction to the sizing that they use on the fabrics. Ain't no telling how much PFAS is used when they process fabrics.
Wash any new item before wearing. Try for Cotton only OR if the poly blends (athletics stuff) then remember those may need 2 washes! Personally cotton panties, no bras as long as I can go w/ out, and cotton or cotton blends for tops. Sometimes wool. too.
That's so interesting. Thanks for the share. Nowadays, men's suits are getting tighter and tighter. Not to mention the "skinny jeans". I often wonder how can they be comfortable in those pants??
Circulation of our blood is so important, yet folks are fashion slaves. I've been around long enough to see the clothing change from loose to tight to loose to tight, shoes high to low, low to high. It's a very interesting psychological phenomenon.
Again we are faced with corporate greed that continually advertises the worst habits that, in my view, keep Big Pharma's pockets full.
Ugh, they treat fabrics with formaldyhide, have forever. I know someone who worked in a fabric store for decades and has neurological problems. My husband 's family were garment makers--they got ALS from the toxins, so sad. WTF?#@%
We need another option to show dislike for the content, not to the person who posted it. But yes, that is very true. The more we think about it, the more we realize that there is a very nefarious aspect to "capitalism" and the "modern industrial complex" that is supposed to be the hallmark of the civilized world.
The late author of THE MACROBIOTIC WAY, Michio Kushi, said " If you need to use toilet tissue, you are eating the wrong kinds of food." He also authored, CANCER PREVENTION DIET. Many years ago, Dr. Michio Kushi promoted the Macrobiotic Diet @ the Vegetarian Society of Hawaii ( www.vsh.org ).
He gave a brief history of certain diets that did not require toilet tissue.
You are welcome Reinette. Circa, early 1990s Terry Shintani, MD, JD. was a board member of VSH.ORG invited Dr. M. Kushi to give a free private lecture at a home in Nu'uanu Valley, about two miles north east of down town Honolulu. Since most of the people who attended the lecture were familiar with the Macrobiotic movement, Dr. Kushi devoted most of the lecture to Q&A concerning diet and health issues. He can actually diagnose a stool sample and recommend certain food to avoid and food to consume.
Briefly, a macrobiotic meal would consist of ocean & land veggies, organic brown rice, fish, asian herbs, Japanese sweet potatoes, etc. It is definitely not a vegan diet.
A major point is, what works for one person, will most likely not work for someone else.
Is he the guy who talked about the eyes and how their placement shows the level of health and how close to death a person may be? That name sounds familiar.
Aloha Nana, this sounds very familiar. Not only the eyes, the color of the tongue can reveal the state of health for a patient. I learned of this from a Chinese Holistic Psychiatrist. He would recommend the macrobiotic diet and Chinese herbs for some of his patients. He rarely prescribed psychotropic drugs. He switched from the SAD (Standard American Diet) to the Macrobiotic diet early on in Medical School.
Aloha Larry, I have a book of his from a decades ago, if it's the same person. It struck me that he could tell by the placement of the pupils. If the pupils are placed high or low was an indicator of the status of health and longevity moving forward. It had me looking at my own eyes and everyone else's around me. I need to see if Michio Kushi is the same person. I learned about how the traditional Chinese approach to health was holistic in nature looking at each system of the body and how they work together. Ironically, back in the early 1900's Rockefeller changed it to an allopathic approach to medicine and actually established a Medical School in China. "(RF) had launched the China Medical Board (CMB) in 1914 and established the Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) in 1917." (https://resource.rockarch.org/story/the-rockefeller-foundations-rural-reconstruction-program-in-1930s-china/) I often wonder what impact this had on the use of traditional Chinese healing modalities. A lot of pharmaceuticals we have here in the US are actually made in China!
Here is a link to a podcast by James Corbett that I found very interesting as he sites the impact of the Rockefeller Foundation on Health Care in China. "Rockefeller Medicine" (https://corbettreport.com/rockefeller-medicine-video/) go to the 16:24 mark in this video.
Here's another reference "Rockefeller Foundation played critical role in Chinese medical history"
One of the things that I think happens to us is that we spend so many childhood and young adult years eating incorrectly along with a host of vaccines being pumped into our bodies, that when we do attempt to make changes it's difficult. You really have to be committed to your health!
Yes, very, very committed, especially when we are being bombarded 24/7 by Junk Food commercials, slick advertising & marketing campaigns focusing on children & young teenagers.
Junk Food propaganda hypes up TASTE and omits healthy Nutrition.
Thanks for the Links. The Rockefeller Foundation, is so guilty of Corporate Crimes against Humanity.
I'm pretty sure Michio Kushi is the founder of the Macrobiotic movement.
Rumor has it he lived almost 100 years.
About twenty years ago, I learned American Surgeons were training some Chinese Doctors surgery in China.
The Art of Chinese Acupuncture & Chinese Herbalism began circa 3000 to 4000 years ago. They did not need Surgeons!
James Corbett report is wonderful. TTAC .COM (The Truth About Cancer) is great too.
Thanks for the Links. I'm so glad to meet women interested in the Art of Health & Nutrition. We are living in very, very interesting times.
good evening Yolanda. 6:04 PM HST. 9/5/24. I understand, I under estimated your mission and dedication to brain health. It wasn't intentional. Thank you for being honest and up-front with me. I appreciate your reply/comment.
There is a church in nu'uanu valley with a health store that sells Organic brown rice grown in California, and sells books on Macrobiotics by Michio Kushi. The last time I was there, was about 13 or 14 years ago. I don't remember the name of the church. I think the name is the Kushi Institute. I can't find it in the phone book or on-line. I know where the church is, since I can't find there telephone number, I will drive over to Nu'uanu Valley tomorrow. I hope the store is still in business. My memory / brain might need a tune-up! I'll get back to you soon. Good night,
Larry, we are all teaching each other so much in this platform, and in the comments.
my shiatsu teacher studied with Michio Kushi; what a thing to have a reach that long and wide, huh? His way of looking at, and treating health, with food is a soulful universe of its own. i don't know that i'll ever have the patience for all that, but it left an impression. As did his way of reading bodies...
What a great topic! Thanks for covering it. I have been using cloths instead of toilet paper and tissues for years. I call the ones for the toilet "tush napkins". I use paper only for "number 2". I know this is TMI however it is easy to do. I must have saved a fortune by not buying them and my skin and endocrine system to boot. I wash my tush napkins every time I use them along with washing my hands. I have used hankies on my nose since forever. I make all different colors and nobody in all these years has noticed except one little girl of 7 who thought they were fun. A tush napkin and handerchief fashion show I htink is in order!
Thank you Reinette! I have this penchant for things to make sense. Our modern lifestyles don't make sense, and they destroy our life support system which doesn't make any sense at all. I think we females are the ones to have to change things by initiating our own systems and this will change the world. Adjusting to patriarchy takes us all down. Keep up your great work! Much appreciated.
Oh it makes sense to big Pharma and corporate oligarchs who connive (conspire) on how to keep us ill and in need of their products that keep their pockets full. Basic things that we don't even consider are hurting us, are. Simple things like the chairs we sit in at our desks, in our living rooms and in our cars. Reinette may have opened up a avalanche of thoughts for folks to consider, just starting with toilet paper.
So glad you mentioned that. Those electric recliner chairs pass electricity through your body - so you have to ground yourself otherwise it can make you very ill. Note how many people use those chairs. They don't have to be working, as long as they are plugged in at the wall, the current still uses your body as a conduit. We need to watch out for these things!
I am sooo sensitive. I think it's because my body is not used to those things. The chairs I've sat in never felt comfortable, and gave me an eerie feeling. What about the beds? And they use them in hospitals.
I don't even have a microwave in my home. I wear crystals to offset the electro-magnetic waves from my phone and computer. I hardly ever have my phone on my person. Just saw a post on Twitter where the WHO says cell phones don't cause brain cancer. (https://indianexpress.com/article/health-wellness/who-study-shows-mobile-phones-do-not-cause-brain-cancer-what-does-it-mean-for-device-use-9550989/) LOL. I don't own a TV, nor do I wear underwear. I seek out 100% cotton clothing & fabrics that are organic, not GMO. Okay, so I do have a sweet tooth, ain't gonna lie, but I am doing the best I can, and no pharmaceuticals. But it's still a journey, especially when you find out that PFAS are every where.
I rarely use toilet paper and never kleenex . I use rags. Women only need toilet paper for poop. Use rags for urine and wash them out. I have my own bucket with my rags in it and everyone in my house hold does also. It saves money and you do not have to worry about toxins. We use the same toilet paper you do Reinette. It is great and is made by people I trust!!
I hate to admit, I use the bathtub as a quick wash up for the BM. When I have time in the pm that is. Other times, it has to be the paper. But now, maybe I'll transition to the 100 percent cotton! I had more problems with the tushie end with the paper when i went back to the bath room tub wash up, i noticed improvements... so... now I know why! Great tips here.
Bean, I don't see any recycled bamboo TP from Who Gives a Crap...... so you may be out of luck there. I just checked out their website.... but I suggest you give them a call and confirm!
Premium Bamboo, not the recycled TP, is what I buy from Who Gives a Crap. I just now asked them to contact Mamavation which I donate to automatically to help support the testing.

I have no doubt our energy is being harvested.... it seems The Matrix was more spot on than the average person realized.

Iiiiinteresting. Never thought of that, but it could be a possibility!
wow, you could be right!

If Hell has levels, I’m pretty sure Kissinger can be found on the bottom floor. Lots of lava drinking in that man’s future.
great image William
90%! They are doing pretty well, except for all the strong ones (us!)
Did that report really narrow it down to that timespan? Thank you for letting me know...

Yeah. Thanks for that. Cleaning is a real concern.... I'm picky that way. And as far as powerwashing my arse.... I'll pass.
Nobody knows about this before they try one of these things. We found out the hard way and I had the darndest time trying to figure out what was going on.
I have NO fond memories of that thing.
Thanks for the 3 laughs I had.
I use baby wipes. Purchased a small travel pack for when I am out an about
That does sound worse though.
My Godmother from Ghana west Africa used that technique every single day. And she added hot pepper. Fancy that????

I will make a point to listen to some more recent interviews. I have actually reached out to his assistant a few times asking for an interview and have never heard back. I really want to interview him.
Reinette, not just Ardis' "recent inteviews", THIS ONE,
https://bestnewshere.com/dr-bryan-ardis-david-nino-rodriguez-breaking-exposing-the-vaccine-agenda-cancer-covid-cure-revealed-in-this-podcast-video/
(Some dont like David Nino but I do, however Nino is not the main attraction , Ardis is the headliner) Ardis drops more BOMBS in this one than any of his others....this is THE one to catch. I took 3 pages of notes while listening and I ordered his book to boot!) With your ability to research and DIG deep, you'll think you've found gold
thank you for link, Kent. Love that guy Ardis!
Maybe this is why some of my family members have continuous coughs and sneezing - they use TP as kleenex! When you settle on a toilet bidet will you PLEASE share resources???
I bought the following bidet off Amazon 2 years ago, and liked it so much, I got rid of my $200 bidet, in favor of this one instead.
https://a.co/d/agYx0au
It was only $25 back then, but still a bargain under $50
I installed 2 bidets from the same manufacturer, and have never regretted it. Our model came with a hot water adapter, so that once adjusted, you can get a stream of warm water (be sure to test first to avoid burns tho).
They are very easy to install. I wish I had installed them decades ago.
Me too, and mine have warm water too, which as Borat would say, “ VERY NICE “
Very nice, indeed. Cold water can be a bit of a surprise. And not necessarily a good one. ;)
Depends on the time of the year..... don't mind during a heat wave!
Will do, and I'll check out WB's suggestion below as well.
Damn. I may have to test my hankies by burning one of them. Seriously.
Here's an article out today by Dr Mercola about how your clothes affect your health: https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2024/09/06/clothes-health-effects.aspx?ui=19f8938d1c27afed0f00df2d3eb69327984e51678bfcc88496327b70cd05722b&sd=20110604&cid_source=dnl&cid_medium=email&cid_content=art1ReadMore&cid=20240906&foDate=true&mid=DM1626247&rid=112862398
That is an eye opener and speaks volumes. Thanks for this, Larry.
A major point is, what works for one person, will most likely not work for someone else.
radical!
Aloha Yolanda. Yes, very radical !
Please read my reply to Nana Baakan Agyiriwah.
He practiced what he preached.
Here's another reference "Rockefeller Foundation played critical role in Chinese medical history"
https://www.globaltimes.cn/content/768167.shtml
Take care, Larry.
yes Larry, i am familiar with this
good evening Yolanda.
You are so radical, Denise, yer old fashion!
I'm so impressed by how many people in these comments are aware of this and ahead of the curve.
Like saying electric cars are saving the planet 🌎Not a word about slave labor, non renewable batteries or landfill
Critical Thinking is needed. Critical Listening also.
Think like Our Grandparents, I say.
I will reply with a quote because I couldn't have said it better.
"Like saying electric cars are saving the planet 🌎Not a word about slave labor, non renewable batteries or landfill.

There was a report on Twitter where the wind blew the wind turbine down. Fancy that?? https://x.com/i/status/1831664337817112720
too funny Nana!
I use the bamboo tp from Who Gives a Crap. It's not recycled, so should be ok, right?
Bean, check out a update on Who Gives a Crap..... they are working on it: https://support.whogivesacrap.org/hc/en-au/articles/18353575096857-What-are-you-doing-about-PFAS
