I had a total dental restoration, including amalgam restoration, root canal removal and surgery where there was jawbone necrosis. After all of that and hardwiring our house, and taking off the digital meter, I still deteriorated. So, we made a drastic decision to move our family out from under the shadow of our town's tower. Many of the rooms in that house measured high red on my meter and that knowledge made the decision easier. We took the opportunity to move south, where I sunbathe regurlarly and ground with my bare feet on Mother Earth on all but the coldest days. I have been recovering since the move, where we live close to a tidal creek and over a mile from the nearest tower. Over the years, I have used many supplements and tried more dietary and detox regimens than I can count. My current routine is : grounding overnight and at my desk; no electricity in bedroom; daily time outdoors (in a GREEN zone) and barefoot; going outside around sunset so my eyes are exposed to those natural frequencies; minimal screentime in the evening; and guided meditation before bed. I eat a whole foods diet, mostly organic, but no longer make food any more complicated than that. My strong intuition is to give this occurrance no energy. It's my understanding that the native cultures said it was best to stay indoors during an eclipse. My current routine is : grounding overnight and at my desk; no electricity in bedroom; daily time outdoors (in a GREEN zone) and barefoot; going outside around sunset so my eyes are exposed to those natural frequencies; minimal screentime in the evening; and guided meditation before bed. I eat a whole foods diet, mostly organic, but no longer make food any more complicated than that. Apart from avoidance, I feel like I'm beginning to turn inward instead of looking for detox strategies.

My strong intuition is to give this occurrance no energy. It's my understanding that the native cultures said it was best to stay indoors during an eclipse. I would instead pay attention to what the evil ones are doing now and leading up to that date, probably something they want to distract our attention away from. Also, creating a lot of fear is how they give themselves power. This is how the Matrix is powered through harvesting our fear, anger and other intense emotions. Don't participate is my advice. Keep your energy high. Laugh, have fun, spend time with friends and loved ones. This is a better use of your time.
