Hi Reinette! Wonderful! I have recently been to Mexico and I watched them chemtrailing and Dopplar Radar(ing) while I was there. So I am kind of confused about exactly what they have banned. I wonder if anyone else has made that observation?

We got this first Act, which was written by the late great Rosalind Peterson, out of committee and it was assigned to a special commission but it died there. All the subsequent bills have not gotten out of committee. But, if I may, I'd like to comment on my thoughts on some of the signatories of the Call for an International Non-Use Agreement on Social Engineering.
While the Action itself is surely a noble one (and I'm very heartened to know about it) let us always remain aloof to who, on the outside, might be professing allegiance to these good causes but in actuality belong to groups pushing the Climate Change agenda at the governmental level.
My husband and I looked more closely at information that can be found on some of the signatories, specifically those in Germany and Southern South America, as those are areas we have a better understanding of. We question some persons who work in universities, as we know universities are where incredible amounts of donor funding steer research policy. And, from experience, we also are wary of individuals who are part of the "green" agenda in government, as well as in international agencies.
We cannot know people's true intentions, merely advise caution in our dealings with them.

We are traveling further and further deep into central Mexico and still seeing those trails... It's less and less now that we are high in the mountains of Michoacan but we still sometimes see the trails. Very disheartening....

Can you please make a proton email address (maybe SaveOurSkies@Proton.com... easy to remember)???? If you keep using gmail, they are reading 100% of ALL communications and will always be step ahead. In their "Terms", they tell you they are reading it and will "cooperate" with subpoenas, they also log IP addresses, locations, etc. I told Nikki Florio the same thing. I can send you some files, but I will not send anything to a gmail (or yahoo, or outlook, etc). I will only send via proton.

Yes, Mexico allows geoengineering, but not what they consider "experimental" geoengineering. The irony is is that it is ALL experimental in the end.
