This is outrageous! My mentally disabled granddaughter was being groomed by her teacher. She acted out because she couldn’t express what was happening to her. When her parents figured what was going on, they approached the principal to have the teacher removed, but...nothing...was...done!
The teacher reported them to CPS for child abuse! CPS demanded both their kids be interviewed. Nothing came of the interviews. Then the teacher made a call to have the police do a child welfare check at home! The officer was very nice, saw that she was well taken care of and left.
They moved to another school district where she is doing much better.

This is outrageous! My mentally disabled granddaughter was being groomed by her teacher. She acted out because she couldn’t express what was happening to her. When her parents figured what was going on, they approached the principal to have the teacher removed, but...nothing...was...done!
The teacher reported them to CPS for child abuse! CPS demanded both their kids be interviewed. Nothing came of the interviews. Then the teacher made a call to have the police do a child welfare check at home! The officer was very nice, saw that she was well taken care of and left.
They moved to another school district where she is doing much better.

SoCalGal, what a horrific experience and, sadly, not that uncommon. This is happening all over California and it does need to come to an end. The abuse is in the school system, not the family of the children who are trying to protect them from predators.
Fortunately the current school district is more conservative and doesn’t put up with those teachers.
They will go after the innocent ones for sure. One of my daughters were on an iep and I found out afterwards that the iep teacher didn't have to disclose if she had identified differently. I was outraged about it. It was an iep teacher from the same district that I got to know later on. Sorry to hear of your family's troubles. CPS is a criminal organization and truly unconstitutional!! I wish parents would pull their kids out of the schools and homeschool. It would break their system and send the best message. They get paid pr student pr day and they would go broke, yeah.

So here's a legitimate question we all should know the answer to: Since school boards in Public schools have all the power, even over hiring and firing superintendents, if we lean hard enough on them can they stop bills like this from affecting our schools, or are public schools doomed because they take the dirty money? This bill (AB1955) is hideous. I'm sure something like it is being done here in WA, where so many want to be 'woke' which they seem to think means being in lockstep with singular demented narratives, as in the Plandemic. I personally know families who are letting their YOUNG kids take these hormones so the girls especially will never develop breasts; some have even had surgeries to remove them before they hit 13 or 14 yrs old. Kids don't think about sex and sexuality at very young ages, yet we are sexualizing them as soon as they can talk. We MUST speak out while protecting kids from abusive parents and guardians. Both are possible. They are stealing the children, their childhoods, their bodies, their innocence and wholeness and mutilating all of it.
Last fall I was invited to submit public comment regarding El Dorado County's MHSA 2023-24 Plan. This is how the county gets state funding for mental health programs social engineers and activists implement. I was struck by content proposing COMMUNITY STIGMA REDUCTION PROJECT... providing opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity through culturally responsive outreach events and materials.
I questioned:
• Are Cases of stigmatization and discrimination documented that indicate an increase of offenses in El Dorado County?
• What is the content of “culturally responsive events and material” this program intends for New Morning (a county family/childrens mental health counseling program) to implement?
• Will the anguish of family conflict, parental rights, and the clarification of biological sexual identity be reduced?
• What is the prevalence of Aspergers… autistic spectrum disorders… depression or other psychological pathologies among children considering gender transition?
• Have studies been conducted or protocols developed to determine the frequency and duration that minors questioning their sexuality view and interact with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.?
Clinical evidence and current revelations by young people who regret transitioning document the harm hormonal treatments and surgical procedures due to their mental, emotional and physical being. Of course this impacts families as well. Parents who trusted medical “experts,” others prevented from objecting or even knowing their child has gender issues as well as confused, conflicted siblings all suffer.
Funding that supports LGBTQIA Stigma Reduction expansion should not be directed to measures that promote or accommodate sexual transitioning for school age children, preferred pronouns or drag queen performances for an audience of minors. These are self inflicted stigmas that gaslight others stigmatizing the noncompliant as homophobic, transphobic… because of narcissistic tendencies their transformative gender identity exhibits.
The mentally stable LGBT community does not embrace exposing children to the overtly flamboyant sexual display of drag queens in public places or mutilating them. Are their sensitivities of common decency to be marginalized or stigmatized?
Transgender dysphoria under a Google search provides a plethora of information reporting on the rise of this condition and how it leads to mental anguish, isolation and suicide ideation. A rational parent, teacher, counselor or health practitioner would be challenged to find clinical literature that disputes articles published in the New York Times, Washington Post, Psychology Today, Nature or Scientific American. The public experienced similar one-sided narratives regarding COVID restrictions and mandates promising safe and effective injections to prevent and reduce transmission. Public health officials, agencies and main stream media stigmatized anyone in opposition to their imposed protocols.

Few in the gay community and even the established trans community supports this. My standard is simple, keep all ideology out of the school system. Across the board, including this.
Parents at large should have taken their children out of public school decades ago, but they didn't, and they most sat idle while these type of things were slow walked upon them. Now it's too late. The state of California was a "state" when it allowed genocide to happen. California admitted it in 2019. California has no lawful authority to lord over anyone, especially children, from that point forward. It has no lawful standing, except in illusion. Can't be a criminal and a ruler.
