We turn off cellular data on our phones (using it outside the house and only in case of need). To avoid microwaves we started by switching off the wifi router (that uses 5G as well), at first using ethernet cables to connect all the PCs/printers/TV around the house, but then we discovered powerline adapters that enabled us to easily connect through wires also our tablets and smartphone to any electrical plug around the house (using ethernet to USB adapters).

Correct. Fiber optic was installed by a major telecom servicing a town I once lived in. The laying of fiber optic cable occurred in the center of the town - near the library. The library and several businesses were then equipped with conventional wi-fi broadcast and the band played on. This was over 10 years ago, and no one took notice... The general populace has been cognitively impaired by these broadcasts.

Wish I had the coding skills to run an analysis on the images to generate an analysis of energy output as it relates to time. Lot's of interesting correlational analysis that could be done with that dataset.
The energy appears to blossom, not on and off like alight switch. And the fact that it's being done mostly across the SE, Southern and SW US is also intriguing - E to W. It looks very purposeful. Also interesting is the fact that it's mostly being done at night when more power is available and the risk of causing a brown out due to over drawing the grid is less problematic. Pay attention to your cell phone bill. Just last month Verizon tried to slip in a $4 a month charge for each of my 5 lines. They referred to the charge as “5G Start”. I called Verizon and had the charge removed. The Verizon rep said “You mean you only want LTE”. I said Yes, that’s all I want. No 5G.
If you only have one or two phones on your bill you might not even notice the charge. They certainly didn’t announce it or advertise it ahead of time, nor would they.

I live up in Idyllwild, we moved here from LA to get away from the wifi pollution because we are very sensitive. For the last week I have not been able to sleep, have had heart palpitations and chills at night. My wife has had chronic headaches and strange mood swings. This needs to stop.

I got sick of wondering what it could be. We do live under an airport flight path, but there are no regular flights in the middle of the night.

Yes to "all of the above". Fact is, that I have not been able to sleep for ten years - with the exception of using medical cannabis, but due to my ongoing Odyssey, I am without license now. Like You, I have tried to explain my waking up - followed by difficulties to fall asleep again - with stress/age/dietary issues. Now, I am vegetating in Southwest Florida and the chemtrails are simply insane. Slaving away on a horse ranch, health issues among the horses are "normal" - so I am told. The most common problem is with the skin of animals. There is an explosion in parasites, like fleas and mites. Because of shot/distressed immunesystems, severe reactions occur to both animals and humans.
However, I am surrounded by fundamentalist and any mentioning of my own grave problems, or those of the animals are generally countered with being my "imagination". "God's in control" and any notion about any of the myriad ways nature is tormented and destroyed with is brushed off as "conspiracy theories".
It is for this reason, that I have arrived at utter hopelessness regarding the possibility of people here and elsewhere to stand up and change the course of future history. Hell, they are flying foreign flags in congress now and give away desperately needed funds to heal our own society - universal healthcare, affordable housing and living wages are impossible to to "fiscal responsibility", but no such responsibility exists when non-existing funds are used for the endless wars, spying and biological warfare against all life.

I lived in front of a cell tower and many hanging from the buildings. Within 1.5 months of living there my heart went into a-fib. I started feeling waves of energy push me, knocked me down a few times. I had no idea what was happening till a friend started telling me about 5g exposure. Things just kept getting worse. The headaches, ringing in ears, nose bleeds, feeling electrocuted in my bed at night, the pressure omg was so strong I’d be on the floor crying. When I finally figured out what it was I got out quickly. Unfortunately it took 1.5 years and the constant exposure has wrecked havoc on my health. Esp with the off the charts lead poisoning I had from breast implants… My Dr did officially diagnose me with Microwave Syndrome. The expansion even use of 5g needs to be stopped. I can’t go to the grocery store, drive down the freeways, dentist office, to my Dra office, out to a restaurant etc without being worried a wave will hit and how strong will it be will I black out or just feel hungover for 10 hrs…. To avoid microwaves we started by switching off the wifi router (that uses 5G as well), at first using ethernet cables to connect all the PCs/printers/TV around the house, but then we discovered powerline adapters that enabled us to easily connect through wires also our tablets and smartphone to any electrical plug around the house (using ethernet to USB adapters).

I have been complaining about weakness to neurology with no results. All of my labs are normal. I keep forcing myself to walk and exercise in spite of how awful I feel. I am a medical doctor. Wish I had the coding skills to run an analysis on the images to generate an analysis of energy output as it relates to time. Lot's of interesting correlational analysis that could be done with that dataset.
The energy appears to blossom, not on and off like alight switch. And the fact that it's being done mostly across the SE, Southern and SW US is also intriguing - E to W. It looks very purposeful. Also interesting is the fact that it's mostly being done at night when more power is available and the risk of causing a brown out due to over drawing the grid is less problematic. It sort of follows darkness across the country...

Anecdotal reports keep coming in about people losing their emotional regulation lately. Something is systematically stressing our psyches and I suspect 5G is only a part of the cause. Pay attention to your cell phone bill. Just last month Verizon tried to slip in a $4 a month charge for each of my 5 lines. They referred to the charge as “5G Start”. I called Verizon and had the charge removed. The Verizon rep said “You mean you only want LTE”. I said Yes, that’s all I want. No 5G.
If you only have one or two phones on your bill you might not even notice the charge. They certainly didn’t announce it or advertise it ahead of time, nor would they.

My parents watch tv news, sometimes I catch interesting snippets. Twice this week cloud seeding has been a topic, from the floods in the middle east. So the MSM is starting to plant seeds about geo engineering.

Radar is pulsed 5G. I wasn't always a medico in army, I was operator meteorology and survey. We had artillery radar and ground personnel radar. Even used microwave distance measures. Any way one phenomenon was the radar boys either couldn't have children, or they only had girls. I’ve actually been keeping a log for the last month or so recording when I wake up at night. It varies somewhere between midnight and 3:30am, but mostly around 2:30ish. I got sick of wondering what it could be. We do live under an airport flight path, but there are no regular flights in the middle of the night.
I thought it had something to do with menopause and then I blamed “stress,” but I’ve been stressed before and didn’t experience difficulty sleeping.
I’ve also heard some buzzing around the same times. I’m a light sleep and have terrific hearing. The buzzing the other night was a complete mystery. It wasn’t a fan or a clock or AC or even in my head or dreams. It didn’t last long after I woke up. Never did figure it out.
So it appears that more of us are picking up on the patterns we’re experiencing. And it’s even weirder to me that thoughts have crossed my mind our genocidal government could actually just kill us all in our beds by releasing something in the air. 5G would do it, and it would be a slow enough process that would allow us to clean up our own departures because it would be very gradual. If they knocked us all off at once, who would be around to clean up the mess? They don’t want messes. They just want us gone and the best scenario for them would be to have us bury/cremate our own dead.

Yes to "all of the above". Fact is, that I have not been able to sleep for ten years - with the exception of using medical cannabis, but due to my ongoing Odyssey, I am without license now. Like You, I have tried to explain my waking up - followed by difficulties to fall asleep again - with stress/age/dietary issues. Now, I am vegetating in Southwest Florida and the chemtrails are simply insane. Slaving away on a horse ranch, health issues among the horses are "normal" - so I am told. The most common problem is with the skin of animals. There is an explosion in parasites, like fleas and mites. Because of shot/distressed immunesystems, severe reactions occur to both animals and humans.
However, I am surrounded by fundamentalist and any mentioning of my own grave problems, or those of the animals are generally countered with being my "imagination". "God's in control" and any notion about any of the myriad ways nature is tormented and destroyed with is brushed off as "conspiracy theories".
It is for this reason, that I have arrived at utter hopelessness regarding the possibility of people here and elsewhere to stand up and change the course of future history. Hell, they are flying foreign flags in congress now and give away desperately needed funds to heal our own society - universal healthcare, affordable housing and living wages are impossible to to "fiscal responsibility", but no such responsibility exists when non-existing funds are used for the endless wars, spying and biological warfare against all life.
It has gotten so bad, that I ask every night when I go to bed, not to wake up in the morning. The gullibility and willful naïvety surrounding me is way too much. My last remaining hope is to be able to relocate to where people have also figured out that humanity must return to the analog life style. When I mentioned that after the Lahaina incineration, I was ridiculed and told that will never happen. It is however the only way humanity stands a chance to continue and exist sustainably and in respect for nature that has made our own appearance possible.

April 16-18 I took a sleeping pill each night (I rarely take a sleeping pill two nights and never three). I was a total mess the 19th and 20th recovering from "something." Now I know why. This has to stop!

I lived in front of a cell tower and many hanging from the buildings. Within 1.5 months of living there my heart went into a-fib. When I finally figured out what it was I got out quickly. Unfortunately it took 1.5 years and the constant exposure has wrecked havoc on my health. Esp with the off the charts lead poisoning I had from breast implants… My Dr did officially diagnose me with Microwave Syndrome. The expansion even use of 5g needs to be stopped. I can’t go to the grocery store, drive down the freeways, dentist office, to my Dra office, out to a restaurant etc without being worried a wave will hit and how strong will it be will I black out or just feel hungover for 10 hrs…. (bc they have hit me hard in each of these places) Crimes Against Humanity for sure
