Receiving news of this lawsuit today is very serendipitous. I wrote just TODAY on my future humanitarian efforts to become a "chemtrail activist." I live in South Lake Tahoe and nearly everyday they are spraying over our beautiful sky. It breaks my heart and makes me so angry. We have a smaller case that will go to court before the larger case. The larger case will take about 3-5 months to really nail down the charges and evidence.... but in the meantime, we get the civic engagement rolling.

I live in Reno, NV now... returned after being gone 36 years. Many a day gone are the beautiful blue skies I remember, replaced w/ crisscross patterns that spread out and cover the sky. NOT NATURAL! Over the 4+++ billion years of our Planet, we have had numerous climate changes! That is how we had Ice Ages & then warming. During the last Ice Age, humans were able to migrate from Asia to the "Americas". But during those previous climate changes, humans did not contribute to the destruction of the Planet & its atmosphere!
Last year, Nevada County had its first snowmageddon with tons of trees snapping & creating massive amounts of destruction. Years of drought had contributed to their demise. Things warmed up but all of a sudden when everything was blossoming we had a catastrophic event where all the pollinated blossoms died!
Fast forward to Feburary/March 2023 with another snowmageddon & trees collapsing, along with many buildings that had stood through strong snowstorms for decades. What happened? But worse yet, with the sun coming out & the fruit trees blossoming...where are the bees?
the bees are few- plant all the native pollinator plants that you can in your area -especially the early bloomers- make nesting places for them- put them in protected areas- make sure you don't have smart meters and protect them from cellular tech as much as possible- there's lots we can do to help our pollinators and our birds as well

I think there might ways of using affidavits, represent yourself, understand the real constitution and use it to the fullest, ask for a jury, appoint the juries too, A bar attorney is not going to represent this country. It can be done by everyone. You need to list how it has negatively affected you and timeline. Might be worth considering. But agree that an attorney should not be looking for a big fat paycheck to do this, as this is about saving humanity and this beautiful planet.

I know of a couple whom have been teaching this way to use the courts in your favor. Jack and Margy Flynn. They used to help individuals, but are actually retired, but have put together a teaching series about how to use the true constitution, affidavits etc. They represent themselves, use affidavits etc and most things are settled outside of the courts. Now this chemtrail thing might be different, but you never know. The Brunson case that was dismissed, they said they would have handled differently, same with the lawsuits Mike Lindell has put forward.. I think Reinette should consider consulting with them. I am in a group where we now have a Committee of Safety in place similar to our founders. We are using Nationallibertyalliance.org as our guide and help. However, we are also using Jack and Margy Flynn's teaching series as they have been very successful. We are intensely educating ourselves about the real constitution. I have forwarded information to Reinette about all of this, but she hasn't responded back. The Flynn's have followed some of her information especially the things about sheriff Mack so they know whom Reinette is. We are also trying to collaborate with many other counties around as it can be a way to take more control locally. Hence why I have contacted Reinette as we are not that far from her county. Reese Report had a video about Committee of Safety about a month ago where a county in Florida had put more election integrity in place because of this group.

I just shared a couple of videos, short ones, very pleasant, from After Skool on my stack. They do go to the core issues, from what I've learned at this time. And all along.
1) Did you know jet fuel still contains lead, even though we took it out of regular gasoline in the 70s? I just found out the other day. This is contributing to the heavy metals & lead poisoning because planes dump their fuel right before they land.  I know an entire family that was forced to move from Newport Beach. 
2) The recent climate crisis was definitely manipulated. My sister lives up in the Crestline mountains (I’m in Orange County), and Caltrans was blocking traffic up the mountain. so besides did you engineering the snow plows ran into gasoline when the Wi-Fi went out nobody could fix it because the snow plows hadn’t plowed anything… Newsom‘s orders made the crisis worse.
I’m sure that’s not the only place in the state. He does the same thing to us in Orange County - right at voting time we were on evacuation and our polling place was shut down because he ordered CAL FIRE to shut things down even though we didn’t have a fire for two years. 
I’m saying there are other parties involved in this manipulation.
3) AND we can control what they are doing. I did it this year. It was fun :) So that’s a free option once people realize what we can do!!

AFter years there......a living CIA "whistleblower" is a contradiction in terms.
I was questioning why absolutely no action has been taken to stop this weather manipulation over the years. If you are right that Dane Wigington is controlled opposition, then this explains why nothing has been done. If most tads think that someone who has all the information and visual evidence of the climate assault and destruction can't get it done, then it's hopeless. And that's how they proceeded to destroy California. I saw that video of the former CIA guy and wondered the same thing. He didn't reveal much. Dane's delivery is hard to listen to -no emotion just facts. Thank you for the tip.

1) Did you know jet fuel still contains lead, even though we took it out of regular gasoline in the 70s? I just found out the other day. This is contributing to the heavy metals & lead poisoning because planes dump their fuel right before they land.  I know an entire family that was forced to move from Newport Beach. 
2) The recent climate crisis was definitely manipulated. My sister lives up in the Crestline mountains (I’m in Orange County), and Caltrans was blocking traffic up the mountain. so besides did you engineering the snow plows ran into gasoline when the Wi-Fi went out nobody could fix it because the snow plows hadn’t plowed anything… Newsom‘s orders made the crisis worse.
I’m sure that’s not the only place in the state. He does the same thing to us in Orange County - right at voting time we were on evacuation and our polling place was shut down because he ordered CAL FIRE to shut things down even though we didn’t have a fire for two years. 
I’m saying there are other parties involved in this manipulation.
3) AND we can control what they are doing. I did it this year. It was fun :) So that’s a free option once people realize what we can do!!

Sorry for my talk to text comments. The snow plows ran out of gasoline in Crestline and people also ran out of gasoline for their generators, because Newsom ordered Caltrans to shut the mountain down.
We had a similar situation here. It was awful!
