I have so much to report. It’s a potpourri, but essential.

GOLD’S ATTEMPT TO SILENCE FREEDOM OF SPEECH
I will start with Simone Gold’s $15 million defamation lawsuit against me, America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) board of directors, and former employees.
I have been reporting on the medical freedom advocate Simone Gold’s unscrupulous behavior, here, here, here, here, here, and here (to name a few) by simply citing an AZ judge’s findings, HERE THEY ALL ARE, and personal testimony from former AFLDS employees and the REAL current AFLDS board.
For whatever reason, reporting on facts has offended Gold, and she is attacking a small blogger/substacker rather than the larger (and deeper pockets) publications that have covered her questionable behavior as well, such as Mother Jones, Time Magazine, LA Times, and the Daily Beast.
This is lawfare at its best: the weaponization of our court system. At least AFLDS donors now know where some of their missing $30M in donations are going: Attorneys attempting to silence the podcasters and reporters reporting on some severe criminal behavior.
Nothing will deter us. So now that my legal team has filed a brilliant Motion to Dismiss against Gold’s frivolous lawsuit, we are now refocusing on our geoengineering fight (where you can catch up on here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here if you’re not familiar).
KEEPING IT TRANSPARENT

Our GiveSendGo “Stop US Geoengineering Legal Fund” was successful, and we raised nearly $50,000 for the first phase of our legal research into launching a (series) of lawsuits to stop the incessant geoengineering. LAUNCHING THE SECOND PHASE OF OUR GEOENGINEERING LAWSUIT
We will now take the same GiveSendGo campaign and bump the number up to begin the second phase of our Stop US Geoengineering Legal fight. So we are holding a special fundraiser at 6 pm, Friday, October 6th, including a livestream of the event—details to follow.

SAVE OUR SKIES ON-THE-GROUND WEBINARS BEGIN
In addition, we are launching the Save Our Skies webinars for on-the-ground crews to teach public outreach, leadership education, Notice of Liabilities, and Open Letter writing. This will fortify concerned citizens’ ability to educate the public/officials about geoengineering.
